Hello Aman, I tried it for the first time in my life...Believe me all puris were puffy and crispy and moreover it took me very less time to prepare all the things ... I loved making it for my family and my family enjoyed eating them... Keep cooking and sharing... All the Best :)

Make ur dough soft next tym and follow the same procedure. U can use normal water instead of hot. Let the dough rest for half an hour👍

I tried it for the first time in my life...Believe me all puris were puffy and crispy and moreover it took me very less time to prepare all the things ... I loved making it for my family and my family enjoyed eating them... Keep cooking and sharing... All the Best :)

@@faruz8978 May be due less frying... I have tried 3-4 more times after my first try... I have observed that only those puris were soft which were less fried.
