I went to Daegu last year and I had the flat mandau (납작만두) at the Seomun market and they were very tasty.

Hello. I am a Korean living in Daegu. Daegu is the hottest region in Korea. That is why the food is salty and spicy. They also use a lot of garlic compared to other regions. And I will introduce you to the food. The pig intestines of Banyaweol Village, the chicken gizzards of Pyeonghwa Market, chicken... Surprisingly, pufferfish cuisine is also famous even though it is an inland region. The ttarogukbap (original yukgaejang) of Jungang-ro, spicy braised ribs of Dongindong, and mung-tigi of Sangindong are some of the local foods of Daegu.

Please do! There are so many great cafes here that Starbucks has no choice but to try and stand out sometimes.

Horse is eaten on Jeju Island. I will definitely try it the next time I'm in Jeju.
I did eat raw horse in Japan actually. I thought it was just a mistranslation on the menu as all the other foods were raw fish. Oops.
