I love seeing the process of how a build evolves and eventually comes together. It’s also nice hearing about who you got advice from and how that changed the moc as well.
When it comes to photography, I'm usually thinking about that as I'm building. What angle am I going to shoot from? If I am making something that can pose, what poses will look good? I'm always looking at my builds with a single eye open and at camera angles because that's how the camera's going to function since it also only has one eye. If I can get something to look good with just my eye acting like a camera, I know it'll shoot better. Also testing it out with a quick point and shoot versus the DSLR also helps. You can play with focus later on the DSLR, but it helps to get something with a camera, too. Also dang, you've got a nice setup. I'm sitting here shooting for 5 seconds just to get nice exposure and this man's using flash photography and it's looking incredible.
I like how stormer has a kind of fire chainsaw and even if its not suppose to be a fire chainsaw it still gives me many pacific rim vibes especially obsidian fury
Great video! and a super cool final product. Can relate very much to taking what you think is the perfect photo only to pick up on a small mistake while editing
great build. only thing I would personally change is the way the cheese slopes on the bottom edge of the saw are facing. Would turn them 180 degrees horizontally so the angled face turned towards the arm of the figure
The original upper arm designs was awesome, at least in my opinion. I would like to see that on the finished moc. Also, were are you photographing this? It looks like a lego convention or something along those lines
I'm binge watching a good amount of your vids at the moment, just re-discovered you on youtube (I think I was following you back when I was using flickr a lot like 5 years ago ? Or maybe I'm mixing things up) and I like your calm voice BUT PLEASE tone down the volume of your outro music it is so loud compared to the rest of your vids !!! You can't fix past videos but please for your future ones make it so the outro is not startlingly loud ! It is also your intro music in some of your vids, you can tone it down there too.
“annoyingly I liked how it looked”
I felt that in my soul

I'm interested in seeing other MOCs which aesthetically cross over between very different lines.
Really fun moc, love the ice planet colour scheme. The description and breakdown was really interesting to listen too. Thank you.

This looks so good, I can imagine this inspiring more builds like a blacktron stinger an m-tron furno
Ohhh those would be rad, great ideas!
Perhaps even combine the bug theme with breeze and or surge
Great moc, colours and composition, Cossy! I should try to make something for HF Feb before the month is up lol
Thanks man, would love to see what you build if you do make one :)

That torso looks absolutely delicious. My guy I’ve gotta know how you built that.

Where did you get those smooth pieces on the forearm armor from?
How did you build up the back of the body?
