Got the exact same model. Had it since September. Longest 3 months of my life, waiting on it. You'll be glad you got the S.S. table and OR package! I was hesitant but glad I did! I didn't get the ash pan. Too heavy. Nothing a sheet of heavy duty foil at the bottom can't handle. I got my wood guy taking a regular split and then splitting that again. I take my chainsaw and cut them in half. Perfect size for the basket. Congrats, bro!!
I have had same model, minus the golf cart option, for about 18 months. Love it, easy to maintain the temp. As you saw, i wish the fire box was just a few inches bigger. I buy my wood, from a supplier, and their sticks are about three inches longer than the fire management box... Only complaint. Will last forever, it is a tank!!!!!!
Yeah, that is a good point about the firebox and stick length. I will say after 10 cooks already the 8 inch sticks from smokey woods has been awesome. Still about every 45 minutes adding a new one.
Congrats on the new pit. LSGs are solids pits. I’d love for you to do a video on why you chose the LSG over the competition. I’ve had my eye on Workhorse Pits or Blue Smoke Smokers for a while. LSG has gotten so expensive and WHP is pretty pricey now. BSS seems to be same quality but a better price. Would love to hear why you went with LSG. I love the shot in the video of your Kamado joe corral. And I bet your neighbors looooooove you and all your cooking. BBQ brings people together and I bet they love knowing you!!!
@BartlowsBBQ great review brother. LSG is definately a top notch smoker frabricator. Hopefully i can get one, one day. Were you neighbors jealous while you were uncrating that bad boy?

That’s awesome and thank you. Waiting is the hard part. That’s great to hear how you are getting wood splits.
That's awesome! Enjoy👍😊
Thank you!

Thank you so much! Great idea on doing a video why i chose LSG. I’ll definitely add that to my list. I try to feed the neighbors well. 😂
@@BartlowsBBQwish I was your neighbor.
Looks great! I’m curious to hear your opinion on the firebox after you’ve used it for a while.
Thank you so much, will do. I have done about 10 cooks within this month after receiving it.

Thank you so much. Oh yeah, neighbors are awesome and always trying to feed them. 😀
Is this your first LSG
Yes, my very first one.
Didn't you have to bolt the chimney on, too?
Yes, I missed saying that but super straight forward and easy to put on. Great catch!
