- Wanted to tell you guys about this combo I got lately - a tripod and LED light duo from Ulanzi. Been using them for a couple weeks now and they're a pretty nifty pair! The tripod folds into a monopod and selfie stick, the light is usb-c rechargeable and adds to the quality of your video. Feel free to input your comments and questions!

About a year ago I bought two of these lights and the MT-44 tripod intending to use them for general photography needs. But I discovered these little lights and the tripod also make great camping lights. On a recent trip, I attached a dual cold extension and two lights to the tripod and they lit up my entire campsite. I especially like the fact I could point them in different directions to provide greater coverage than a camping lantern. Ulanzi should waterproof the lights and market them as camping lights in addition to photography lights. They will also make great little emergency lights in case of a power outage. There are lots of other uses for them besides photography.
Nice, i sometimes use the lights for washing the inside of my car at night. The compact size and brightness makes it better for that purpose than my smartphone!

Wonder if u can lock the sections ? If not, does it falls or goes down when u put ur phone?
Yes you can lock the sections. The phone stays put as long as you lock it!
