When coach touch knees ---> lower body = feel to use thigh or knees or feet ? I just dont know where i should focus on lower body -.-

코치님과 오른발이 다른데 굳이 저렇게많이쓸필요는 없는건가요 끝까지 다른걸로보이는데..
오른발이 아니라, 골반과 허벅지를 쓰라는 의미로 코치님이 언급했는데 제가 과도하게 오른발을 쓰고 있는게 맞습니다. 개선할 사항입니다.

@@mobiusnnaito2543 CHN coach recommends DHS Hurricane 3 and I used it for over 2 years... But Give-up for it. Due to its difficulty to control

You are standing too much sideways and lift up your shoulder while hitting. Keep your shoulder relaxed and stand a little more frontal. Just my opinion.
