Thank you. I was looking exactly for such confirmation as I have xt4 and just heard rumours that it has dual native iso, but could not find any official info supporting it. It is important also to know that it is only in flog. Great informative video. I wish in the future that the next fuji video oriented camera would give us native iso of 4000 or 6400 which would be great.

Great info, thanks! I've heard that ISO 800 has less noise than ISO 640 when shooting video. True? Thanks.
The 800 ISO in video is not better then the base 640(sorry for the other reply I thought you said photo). In photo mode the ISO 800 is better then 640. When you use the internal noise reduction with Flog sometimes it becomes more aggressive at ISO 800 so people thought it is better but if you put the noise reduction option at -4 you will see that ISO 640 is better then 800.

if i shoot eterna, i should aim for iso160 if enough the light makes it possible, but if its low light, is there any benefit for using 640 & 2000 or I should not worry about that, just go with a proper iso value ?
There is no benefit from ISO 640 & 2000 when using Eterna, that works only in Flog so don't worry what ISO you use!

So if I want to shoot in a dark environment does it benefit me to go to say iso 4000 or is it better to correct exposure in post?
Also I hear 800 should be better then 640. Do youo recommend shooting in iso 800 over 640 in FLog? Seems weird they would put a noisier iso as the base iso..
Hello, I would go to ISO 4000 and denoise in post, a good exposure save you a lot off post work. The 800 ISO in video is not better then the base 640. In photo mode the ISO 800 is better then 640. Hey, I don't know if the X-T30 has it, I know only about X-T3, X-T4 and XS 10! Having the same sensor it is possible, some one told me all X-Trans sensor cameras have it!

Should I leave the noise reduction on 0 or put it to -4? Is that essentially off?
I usually leave it on 0, -4 means it is completely of!

Is it possible to go below ISO 640 on Movie Mode?
Hello, on standard movie mode you can go as low as ISO 160, in Flog starts from ISO 640 and in HLG from ISO 1000.

No this should not be the problem, go in the menu to IQ (image quality) and search for the Dynamic Range option and set it to 100%! If it was set to 400% then your ISO will start from 640!

I think it is related to the dynamic range of Flog! Even the Panasonic cameras and the Sony have it just in Flog!
