- In this video we try a few different MEARS transportation options to get us from Orlando International Airport to Universal Orlando Resort and Walt Disney World. We tried out the Superstar Shuttle at the beginning of our trip and the new MEARS Connect at the end. We never got to try magical express but it so great that they still have this service for people that dont want to drive or Uber

I think those prices are really fair. When I first heard Disney was getting rid of Magical Express I was worried at the prices they would charge. I'm glad you touched on the videos, because that was always an exciting way to start your trip, watching the Disney video. Though the one on the way back was kind of sad lol great review!
We definitely felt like these were pretty fairly priced! It’s nice that it is much more reliable with a fixed price vs. gambling on the price of an Uber in case we hit at a surge price time!
The superstar shuttle did look like a retired magical express! We’ve never tried the shuttle to Universal, this info was really helpful, I never did know where they picked up, good to know they are in terminal A. Holy cow that express service is $$$$! Glad your Mears snafu worked out!
It was definitely a new experience for us, that’s for sure! I know ya’ll usually rent a car, but if you ever do a trip where you don’t, you guys should definitely try the shuttles!

Interesting I thought superstar was at both terminals. Excited to see your cabana bay video!
Weird! Maybe they changed it? 🤷🏼♀️ all the documents were very adamant about going to the specific terminal lol! I’m almost done with the Cabana Bay one!

We have been on the fence about Mears because we have two little dudes who would need car seats if they don’t send a bus.
Also can’t wait for your cabana bay review! It’s hands down, my favorite theme park resort.
I believe they ask for age ranges, so that does help! But I think 99% of the time it will be a bus that picks up! The whole time we were there last, the only van shuttles I saw were not MEARS Connect, but just private MEARS shuttles.

Hello! I booked mears through its website, but couldn’t find superstar shuttle website to book, it seems that has to be through a travel agent. Am I right?

You will need to call Universal! I am only able to book Superstar shuttle as part of a package. But if you call, they should be able to help you!
Can you book the shuttle at the airport ? We booked our stay for the endless summer resort and there was no option to book a shuttle which we really wanted . The shuttle does go to our resort so not sure why it wasn't an option or if it was we didn't see it
I would suggest calling Universal to see if you can add it to your package! They should be able to help you get it set up. I’m not for sure if you are able to do a walk up reservation or not, so I would try to do it ahead of time if you can.

They don’t have their own website, but they are booked through Universal!
