- This climb is a tough category 3 cycling climb used on the White Rose Classic and the Way of the Roses C2C route. The ascent is located in the Yorkshire Dales starting in Settle and starts in the town centre, goes up Albert Hill, then on to High Hill Lane and ends 2.8 miles on top of Black Gill Lane.

Two weeks later we where back whilst completing the White Rose Classic 2021. This is an awesome climb and it will test you. Massive shout out to to the organisers at whiteroseclass... and Milk Bottle Legs Dave.

I think this climb in 80s cycling folklore was called the 'wall of settle'---😊.
