Often, the entity shows up as a shadow in a human form. But in my recent sleep paralysis, the entity has a face and body of a human being. He's got brown complexion. Dark eyes and hair. He doesn't have lower limbs and the only visible part of his body is his face, arms, shoulders, chest and ribs which is attached to a wooden beam that is suspended on air sloping right at around 60 degrees. And he stares at me and smiles. I never felt such fear when I saw his face made visible from light rays that came through the curtain opennings. It was at day time when this happened. Even when his face looked young and pretty, his smile scared me a lot.
Ok but why do we feel so much fear during sleep paralysis? I have them quite often, and got really used to it, so sometimes during a sleep paralysis, I'm fully aware that I'm in it, and I experimented with how long I can endure it (I usually do not have hallucinations, only audible ones sometimes, nd a sense of fear). So I noticed that the only reason I can't endure it more than a few minutes (approximately), is the fear. Also, I get the feeling that I'm being pulled away, so at one point I just have to break out of it.
What if you decided to let go and allow it to happen? Have you gone past the fear or uncomfortable sensing stage? I just made a very long reply, that may give you a bit of a different view. I think there's more to it than meets the eye.
@@studiogeorge I don't think its possible to let go, because some sort of primal instinct kicks in and the fear increases exponentially. And yes, there probably is more to it.
I have the fear pretty much in check, but for me is the physical sensation that makes it hard to go past. Although I try to endure the uncomfortable stage, because usually I have an amazing experience. Trying to rationalize the fear part, I stopped watching horror films, and no matter how much I have tried to dismiss religions, I still find religious residues in my subconscious, during my experiences, from our environmental religion programming from medias, schools, and in general from societal programming.Understanding now that we have a different perspective of reality, that has shaped who we are, the question is, would you have changed this aspect of your life? Has it given you a different set of tools, to understand your life? Or do you feel, think that it's just a neurological disorder? And what is a disorder? @@najifaanjum3324
For me, the fear is because I have no physical control. Like you, I also more often have auditory hallucinations but rarely, I've seen what appears to be ghosts of deceased relatives...talking to me, waving & smiling. They're usually standing or sitting at my feet. Sometimes, I've mustered a moan, when I try to speak...it sounds like a cow dying. Then I just tell myself "it's just sleep paralysis. If I close my eyes, the next time I open them, I'll be fully awake." That works about 90% of the time. If I keep doing that, it's 100% effective. 🤣🤣
Yeah bro me too! I've tried dismissing religions too but at this point I've accepted the fact that my religious upbringing will probably never fully let me do that. A huge part of religion is making sure that people are afraid, so that they feel more obliged to follow that particular religion. I was brought up in a muslim family so when I was a kid, I used to think sleep paralysis occurred because I did something wrong, like stealing chocolates from the fridge or whatever. That kept me afraid for so long. But now that I don't believe in religion anymore, its so easy to see sleep paralysis as an interesting experience. And no, I would never have changed this part of my life. This and lucid dreaming taught me a hell lot about my own self, my thoughts and my fears. I don't think its a neurological disorder because it doesn't hamper my life or anything. But I'd certainly like to do some actual research on it someday, whatever major I choose to do in college next year.@@studiogeorge
We stayed in a haunted B&B in london, and we could feel this feeling of dread just being there, i woke up paralysed and tried to call my work mate but couldn't. It lasted around 30 seconds..
Can neuroscientific research on this phenomenon contribute to a better understanding of psychosis and associated mental illnesses and thus reduce stigma, fear and supernatural explanations of it?
Can you explain this for me? From the age of 13 (when my family moved to a new house) to 30 when I moved out, I saw at least a few times a week, these black robed & hooded ppl walking around my room & other room in a lab, with glass bottles & different colored chemicals going, during sleep paralysis. I could hear them talking & once one of them said “ I wonder if she’s sleeping” & came close to my face to see. Of course I screamed myself awake. Idk what to make of this.
Dear @Dr.Baland Jalal Firts of all thx for this vid. and pls just let it keep on comming! I can follow your theorie explanaition about this subject, but i was wondering if you took another factor of the whole in to consideration. Im talking about dimension. Are there more dimensions of experience beyond what our human brain is condisioned to decode so to experience and understand? If you do believe in that there are more dimensions in existence beyond the 3rd or 4th dimension, then your theorie is incomplete.I say this with all the respect pls dont get me wrong, im jut sharing my thoughts. By my own experiences of sp oobe moments *which i do have very often i do experiments to find more answers. These experiments i did made me realise that i cant denial the existence of more dimensions of reality which our brain cannot decode/precieve therefore experience it like a glitch or something if you will. I hope you understand what im pointing too and im very qurious what you think about this. Im srry for my bad englisch spelling, did my best. Greetings from the Netherlands! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and wisdom!!!!
This is and old comment, but I will still say this regardless: scientists do believe that a fourth dimension could exist. However, you’d need to take to a mathematician or a physicist. That’s a very interesting theory you’ve provided 😁
In my opinion, you are spot on. I'm also experimenting with it, and that existence spills in this one. There are things that happen in my physical world, constantly that I can not dismiss. We are energies afterall, and we are a piece in a universal puzzle. Our senses can only experience a tiny fraction of the frequency range. During my EEG for the diagnosis, and to rule out other possibilities and disorders, the EEG tech told me that he found it interesting that my base frequency was 50% higher than the typical brain, BTW - I had an experience during the exam as well.
Can you feel like that the entity is dragging me out of my place? I just had an experience but it was wierd, that entity was around 4ft tall and it and and came right behind my head and I felt like it grabbed me 2 metre away from my bed and I'm able to see myself dragged around my room
That happened with me sometimes. But more with my mom. She used to get sleep paralysis hallucinations in which an entity was dragging her by her feet and she used to recite some prayers and stuff because she was very religious as a kid.
It just happend to me, i thought i got wake up and then i see my room is so dark but i can see the my items there, and there a black guy no hair in my side and coming from my face and i just wake up i cant breath naturaly Bc of scared (its my first time it happend to me :) )
It's so scary! Once, I learned what sleep paralysis was, I've been able to tell myself I'm safe, just close my eyes & when I open them again, I'll be fully awake & be able to move. That works pretty well!
I just woke up from it happening to me too lol felt like an hour long. Had another one earlier today but it wasn’t that bad and I was able to get myself out of it since it was 4pm during my nap. Now I’ve been actually tryna sleep but I woke up at 3am from my first or second worst episode lmao
I wish my lady love, love of my life (P) sees this someday so that the misunderstandings between me and her gone. Some misconceptions about sleep paralysis and associated issues has caused us to split up for no reason. I really wish she sees and understands.
If someone is seeing this video and you see my comment, please help me understand this question, With time did your sleep paralysis got stronger? Like did it happen for a longer period of time or did the sleep paralysis demon was more scary than ever?

Best explanation I have seen so far of what I am experiencing.
Sir! It's splendidly defined ✨
Love your voice and style

Pray to Jesus Christ. That is the only thing you can do.
This spesific ghost is a shadow form-like with red eye, i hate it but the ghost i met is kinda scary.

Oohh, that's happened to me before, when I was really young. It's weird & repetitive.
I have multiple sleep researchers saying they are picking up the ghosts and orbs on the research cameras.
People saying I’m seeing shit.. bs. They don’t have a body and they want one.
This happens to me very often but why do I see the same ppl multiple times?
U r just like my favourite Willy Wonka ❤❤❤

Yes!!! I waited the whole video for that! @DrBalandJalal
Dr what is exactly Depression .
