I have multiple sleep researchers saying they are picking up the ghosts and orbs on the research cameras.

Can you explain this for me? From the age of 13 (when my family moved to a new house) to 30 when I moved out, I saw at least a few times a week, these black robed & hooded ppl walking around my room & other room in a lab, with glass bottles & different colored chemicals going, during sleep paralysis. I could hear them talking & once one of them said “ I wonder if she’s sleeping” & came close to my face to see. Of course I screamed myself awake. Idk what to make of this.

Apparently I'm not normal cause I know when I'm dreaming often! I actually play and make things appear in my dreams once I realize I'm dreaming.

As an engineer it's weird, why my experiences resemble machines in a sense; they always do. I guess when you are a hammer everything's a nail. I guess what you said is true that you are speaking with a version of yourself, which explains why my "ghosts" are so goddamned versed in science and engineering; themselves admiting they are neurological machinery, themselves identifying as prediction devices; however what's odd is that they disagree in saying that we are the same; we are within the same brain, they are the embodiment of pattern recognition activated in a vacuum by a neurological agent (sleep) instead of the senses; I am called the speaking/perceiving agent, and I understand the world via these devices; among other devices, we are one and the same, but we are many, and I am everything I can perceive, because everything I perceive actually happens in my brain; it's a bizarre thing. In fact the analysis of these "devices" let me your way, science also works within that realm, in a sense, the tools are just not the same, but the method holds; even if the conclusions are not impressive, and are rather primitive compared to external analysis, however, these conclusions led me your way, since whatever I write in my journal about these devices is remarkably similar to your external description. As if someone describes the hardware that runs a videogame. I doubt I'll ever understand what this entails, my journal is riddled with the speculations of an engineer, where sleep coordinates these devices or pattern recognition elements and dreaming was never about me, but about them, like a controller that reorganizes my thinking and I shouldn't interfere; to me it appears that sleep paralysis is more like a glitch, that is harmless enough for it not to be deleted by selective pressures; however the correlations with sleep disorders and mental illness is there, and there seems to be some form of spectrum and relationships between it all. I wish I could figure it out, but this is beyond me, all I have is graphs and pointless notes describing ghostly devices of pattern recognition, like a machine god because what else can an engineer find holy? it will probably remain a mystery for the years to come.

Thank you for breaking this down so I can understand. In my last sleep paralysis episode Friday night t 9:30 2 entities stuck my hands over my face trying to strangle me. They looked like evil little elves. I was trying to move my arm so bad but it was glued to the bed. They were laughing at me. Sometimes I am so scared I just want to not go to bed.

I was camping one night with my girlfriend. It was a nice spot, full moon, no light pollution & great weather. The night came, she slept by my side under my arm head laying on my chest. The last thing I remember before going to sleep was admiring the beauty of the full moon I could see from the top of my tent. I fell asleep for what semt to be seconds. A mere blink.. Yet when I opened my eyes I couldn't move all. Desperately trying to move, looking around in complete fear for abnormalities. It was not the full moon at the top of my tent, but my girlfriend! I was looking at her as she slowly lifted her head from my shoulder. With her eyes rolled back making eye contact if that's even possible? As she was slowly moving her head up, she was whispering all kinds of jibberish in tounges. I was in complete fear for my life. After a good 15 seconds of this horrible experience, she put her head down very slowly. As if she wasn't trying to wake herself up. I'm going to be humble & admit I even cried during that moment. I looked at the moon I closed my eyes as hard as I could. Summond all the energy of the Gods inside me and I sprung up! Like if i was lifted from the dead & had a second chance lol. I threw my girlfriend off me immediately & asked her why she did what she did & she had no recollection. This story is 100% real, no fabrication, exaggerations, or lies. I remain sort of traumatized by this. I remember it as the most paranormal experience I have ever encountered...... If you could please decode this? Or try explaining it to me? It would mean so much. Sorry for typos fixed as much as I could lol

One more share I have cried while in paralysis with tears coming down when you finally get out of the nightmare the tears are on the bed and face , I would be a good test subject I could get in the paralysis easily in the day nap after a couple beers 😂 man what a nightmare but I'm used to the torcher now

  • @robertdean8102

I had found one person that said when you know your in paralysis catch your fear and try to enjoy it , you can experience amazing things , he was correct i tried this 3 times , i thought im in a paralysis this isn't real lets get rid of the fear , i literally felt a levitation the fear turned into something amazing i levitate of my back turn 360 and back down to the couch , i felt a free fall coming back down with ears popping its was amazing , only problem is i got deaper into that paralysis each time after that amazing part , and felt like eternity of having a chance to get up , so no more experimenting when im in paralysis there is a price to pay for me 😂 no way i have had one last 11 minutes and 22 minutes i have timed it and my eyes are bright red Everytime i come out of it and im awake i walk sideways trough the hallway to get something to drink it helps me to snap out of the after feeling of paralysis that is also horrible . Just wanted to share my experiences with sleep paralysis if i do have a couple beers and take an afternoon daily nap it triggers it every time , it very rarely happens when i go to bed at night to go to work . It also happens if i sleep good all night and wake up and decide to want to be lazy and go back to bed it triggers it almost every time , thats two ways to trigger paralysis for those who want to study it more

Ive had sleep paralysis now my whole life im 50 now just had one , i get them almost twice a week i have experimented in my paralysis as i know im in it , Its still terrifying and or amazing levitating to the i can't breathe choking , One thing i can say is my blood pressure is spot on right after and Hart rate , but i have had them last 22 minutes how i know i fell asleep tried to wake up and a movie was running , when i finally got out of paralysis i rewound the movie i had never watched and remember all the parts from what i heard trying to get out of it , sometimes they last much longer than all the professionals say trust me im a vetrin of sleep paralysis 50 years now . Yes it has injured me several times trying to roll out of the bed or couch and have falls on to the ground is usually when i finally started winning , but with injuries i can't do that anymore , yes i can finally get turned off my back and on my side still in paralysis and make a decision to drop and when i hit the ground im always out of it instantly now i don't choose the drop i just keep fighting tell i finally win my movement back , if my wife comes in the room all she has to do is lift my arm up and im out of paralysis ,

I am a student in my second year, I'm in my exam and I have already two panic attacks two days before my sleep paralysis, I have sleep paralysis and it was really scary, I felt a huge pressure on my head and ears and I feel my self falling off my bed and a heard load noises (airplanes noises) then the noises shifted to people screams noises, then I tried to distract my self by thinking of a man that I love and remembering his face and moves it help to reduce the pressure and noises then after a short time I couldn't help and the noises and pressure become tenser, then I was floating and I felt my heart ganna explode from pumping, then I wake up and check my heart pumps it was normal The second time happen to me which is today (I'm just waking up from sleep paralysis) and this time I felt pressure on my Brian and I felt the blood inside my brain the sound of blood was loud and I open my eyes and see something unclear It was a blurry figure, It's terrifying

I don’t know how can science disprove that it isn’t a paranormal phenomenon? I had this last night and while I did recognize it was in a dream it was terrifying. It’s always a evil demon entity trying to smother or choke me. That doesn’t seem logical. I’ve had this 4 times in my life. Twice while wide awake. The experience is very real.

I had sleep paralysis when I was young, but it was when I was falling asleep. I learned I can't fight sleep. The bigger issue I have is waking up and seeing things. Bugs, white glow over my face, a person reaching out for me, male voice waking me up. I will wake up and start screaming, but I'm not paralyzed.

I dreamed I woke up and could not move. There was a pressure on my chest holding me down. I fought against it until I could roll over and put myself on top of a young person to protect them from the alien presence I felt was attacking us. At this point I woke up and still sensed the alien presence. I looked around and did not see anything but the feeling was still with me. Once I settled down some I could hear a 40 Hz pulsating Humming. Could the Earths magnetic field have an influence on the brain to cause this. I gradually went back to sleep. I am 72 Years Old and I believe this may be the first time I have felt this, at least, as an adult. I am a regular meditator and have more peace and calm in my life now than I have, maybe, ever had. I have started to do some shadow work that has been insightful. Thank you for your insights and for sharing your experience with sleep paralysis.
