Being a mutant w/ the surname "Cord", I wonder if Silhouette is possibly related to "Radian" (aka Christian Cord--who's a mutant w/ "light powers")? I just hope she gets more shine in the Marvel universe, because she's a woefully underrated character. I think it'd be cool if she was mor in an "Oracle" role (from DC comics). I always liked Silhouette; she was one of my favorite members of the New Warriors when I bought the comics back in the 1990s. I always thought it was odd that they used to color her skin grayish brown for some reason back then: I'm glad that they stopped doing that. Are her leg braces cybernetic or something? Because they seem to work pretty well when she's in combat; I don't think she uses them anymore (I vaguely remember that she can use the Darkforce to aid her mobility)
