This is awesome. As a first year Marketing and Graphic Design student it’s super inspiring to see practical applications of design as well as a great example of someone who made it.
As a freelancer I just loved the whole presentation where I could see where you started from and agree with everything you talked about freelancing. Thanks Jesse!
Jesse, I love your content, you’re a designer I always come back to watch, and reference to my friends and other creatives. Your videos have taught me a lot as a designer and your work has inspired a lot of my creative vision. Im finishing college soon and this video was very humanizing and down to earth about the post grad process. I appreciate your work, and creative ideals. Keep it up man 🤘🏼🤘🏼
As a photographer who would do some graphic design in HS and a bit after dropping out of college, Jesse you're one of my big inspirations to do graphic design again. Top fav creatives to learn and follow. Been following your channel when you dropped your first 'Day in the life of a Graphic Designer' a couple of years back. Thank you so much brother.
I can't explain my shock with the fact you worked on the logo of "El Robo del Siglo". Im an Argentinian GD who lives near the place it happened. I don't know why but I would've never assumed that the poster and logo of the movie weren't made in this country. Amazed honestly, you are a huge inspiration for freelancing and finding personal style❤
Such an amazing insight into the journey of freelancing. Still chasing that dream and working toward someday being able to live comfortably through freelance work. Thank you, Jesse!
Honestly this is so good thank you! I'm in college and I've been feeling like getting into design should be fast and easy since everyone seems to be so freaking skillful and young. But this really put things in perspective! Would you say that if you were able to take a different artistic path earlier in your career you would?? Like how now a lot of people that get in design end up working in 3d or motion design since it makes more $
Thank you for sharing Jesse! Awesome presentation, brings back design school memories. Its always interesting to see how the work gets better through the years

If possible, can you make a video regarding taxes? And how to handle them as a freelancer in graphic design?
Was actually thinking about doing this at the end of this year or beginning of next for tax season. Idk if a lot of people would be interested though?
@@JesseNyberg Hopefully you’ll consider it. Your videos are very informative, regardless of what you post. Your supporters will support you👍.
May you share how much the normal price of designer work?
