The death of the Commissar is so badass! It's the exact kind of brutal over the top melodrama that makes 40k so unique and compelling for me

Best readings in my opinion, listening to these makes my day fly by and I feel pumped. I also just growled out loud “ for the emperor” my co-workers think I’m crazy now but I can’t get enough. Keep it up man. The Emperor Guides us!!

My mother said my father - whom I've never met was an audio book narrator on UA-cam who did warhammer 40K content. She said he had an english accent, wore glasses, and chain smoked. This guy sounds like he fits the description

You should've seen the deviant secessionists of Kuldahar III. You could tell they'd been abusing steroid supplements for years before the compliance fleet arrived in the system, and what's more, the madmen had taken to painting their own Emperor-given skins with green paint!
Not necessarily some emperor forsaken individuals have been known to pillage xenos weapons or purchase them from those bastard aliens in exchange for boons and attacking their own kin . HERETICAL MINDS AT WORK .

Man this is a awesomely retro story, back when the idea of humans using Shruiken (or however its spelled..) weapons purchased from Eldar traders was perfectly standard. It still happens but it shows how the focus has changed from where it was in 2nd edition to now and honestly its all in the name, it used to be called rogue trader because it focused on the rogue traders... and their smaller groups working within the same eventually expanded world. I wish one of the smaller "add on" games tertiary to warhammer 40k was more like rogue trader used to be. Blackstone fortress tries to be and its fun but its not second edition 40k, which i understand sucks compared to 8th for any games above 200 points I'm just saying it was fun at small sizes

Hey Prince, really great narrating as usual. Didn't notice the husky voice, just thought that was part of the story what with them all being well beyond normal levels of endurance.
Just want to point out that something seemed wrong with the editing as there were many times in this one where the first syllables of the next cut were lost, giving us half of the first word. Noticed this in a few the last two vids in this playlist but this time it was much more frequent so figured I should let you know.
Otherwise great stuff, really enjoyed this one. Thank you. Looking forward to payday when I'll swing some coin in your direction to help keep this project alive with the other lads doing the same.
