that cam of yours is incredibly still and clear!
I run these same trails, builds incredible dexterity and foot work
some of the cyclists get a little peeved, but i always yield to them
summer time equals a lot of bugs and oppressive humidity.
white clay creek in Newark is getting better, try that.
    thanks for visiting!

@@ale_gaming4531 I love it, more technical trails and it links up with white clay as well. I like how it does not have gravel trails like white clay does. Thank you Brian. Your channel and videos rock! Complementing the MTB trial rides with your personal perspective of history behind the places you visit and the logistics of your van, gear, etc make your stories some much more appealing than other channels. If I may suggest, adding the route using any app (strava, or Relive or Komoot or whatever) would further complement your videos (it is also good marketing for the locals!). See you on the trail!!

Well done Brian, keep your flowing commentary going. State's history of your 50 state shred is a integral part of your rides. Your ability to comment while riding and make sense is at a genius level, well done. NOW, yeah.... just an observation because you are doing something that makes sense to me. Physical fitness. 1st. was your cross training 2nd. High altitude riding and 3rd. humidity training... yup, high humidity is a butt kicker.... It became clear to me watching this video.

Really curious what trails you're hitting in PA. Would be happy to show you all the local lines in Wissahickon Park- 25 miles of proper single track gnar within the city limits of a major city. And then you can pop over to Belmont, for tight, twisty turn single track, all in one ride.

One request, when you go with other people, it would be cool to really quickly see what bikes they're riding and get their pros/cons on them. He didn’t have much of a chat about these trails. I don’t think he enjoyed them. Could have been the heat but I think I know why. These trails are 20 min from me and I rarely ride them. There are just too many other great places in the area. He figured it out halfway through his first ride. These trails are steep up and then right back down. He says it at 11:35ish. The descents are fun with lots of ways to play around but they’re over really quick. No gradual climbs back up. ...and BTW I like technical climbs. The rock gardens here aren’t fun to me, lots of sharp or square edge hits. I just feel like they’re ruining my machine. If I want technical and fun I go to Wissahickon. If I want flow I go to White Clay, DE or Fair Hill, MD. Brandywine can be fun if you know it really well but I don’t think it’s a good place if you’re just visiting for a day.

Yeah as a Nor cal rider, I was watching wondering how so many people would request him to ride trails that look like they are in someones backyard lol, looks like some 20 sec descents. If you’re driving on I-95 just on the Delaware side of the MD-DE border like 1 mile off the 95 exit is Iron Hill. It’s an old Revolutionary War era surface mine. If like whoops stop there- it is super fun. The Iron Hill Loop trail is fun too, but it’s the number of steep fast whoops here that make the place special.

I was riding Santa Cruz flow trail recently and heard a guy near me listening to a political podcast on his phone. To each their own, but I like to ride in the woods to get away from that shit being crammed down our throats constantly. 😆

I love Brandywine! But it's a little haul coming from NJ.
When you come to NJ you gotta hit out Sourlands Mountain Preserve for some boulders tech downhill ;-)

Idk if you’ve been to Georgia for your 50 state tour but out in Woodstock Georgia there’s a place called blankets creek one of my favorite places to ride when I lived there or mulberry gap out in Elijay Georgia where the down hill tech is amazing

Get yourself some door and window screens and a decent 12v Fan. It will help a little:)

You’re getting closer to PA, I’m hoping you go to Walking Purchase Park (Sals)! Very similar style to this. I’m bias but I think Sals would be more fun for you

You’ve got to tint your front windows, man! Especially if you want to be incognito and keep the heat out 👌🏽

Seems like that would be a huge pain going state to state with every state having different laws about it. I believe that NJ, NH, and VT don’t allow it at all.

BKXC are you only using the karma grip on the stuntman chest now? no more Evo ss gimbal? judging from the chest adapter setup from last couple of videos.
I still use the SS because the 8 black hypersmooth 2.0 still isnt enough, lots of quality loss around the image, it still needs to be mechanically stabilized for proper quality.
Although my SS fell once at speed and is now slower to return to center on 2 axis, having a gimbal is still kind of annoying wish digital stabilization was lossless or a product would somehow have it integrated into only a camera box to ride purely chest/camera.
Love seeing the jank tech riding!

When you’re in Pennsylvania you gotta hit spring mountain. It’s an abandoned bike park but all the features are still intact!
