Officer P, I'm was a MetPol officer in London for 20 years. I left to pursue other things. Your feed popped up and have been watching, love it.. unfortunately I don't think that this would go down in UK as there are rules restricting filming of police activity... the worse thing is it's making me think I should never have left. I miss the guys and the banter!

Hey Nick! International blue boi here! thumbs up for your great work providing us the inside view on how our fellow collegues in blue work in US. Love your videos. Fyi, although they would probably know this, but let your HNT know that they would want to change that DSM IV-TR manual, to the newer V edition. There were many substancial changes on how the disorders are organised and the links (if any) between some of them. There is also a huge section covering PTSD in much greater detail than the previous version, with which you guys deal way more than us here in Europe. It's easier to understand for non medical staff as well. Just a small tip if i may. Keep up your amazing job and be safe out there brother!

I feel like y'all read my mind. A new show on Netflix came out called Miami Swat and there were a lot of suicide calls and negotiators were there and I was wondering what they do after that. Thanks to Miami police and nick for the vlogs I watch all the vids I wish one came out everyday.✌🏻😃😃

Hey Nick, I saw a vlog by an officer from a month ago of his patrol vehicle and he had a "green light" switch when, if his blue lights are on and he flips the switch, all of the lights in the city in his direction change to green. Do any of the Miami PD Vehicles have something like that?

Nah, they don't have that much equipment to where they would need a truck that size. Plus there's typically a mobile command vehicle on sight already.
