Loose Watercolor of a Venice Apartment

This week I am painting a Loose Watercolor of a Venice Apartment. I wanted to try my hand at using a more vibrant color palette while practicing my loose watercolor skills. I couldn’t seem to stop myself from sketching the smaller version though in some way.
While I enjoyed this, I think I need to choose a wider scene for this comparison concept I’m doing now. I do enjoy sketching and painting the structured side and then attempting the loose.
My goal is to eventually paint an entire street scene in a loose style.
