OMG so glad Avacyn's protection guided the scroll across the Atlantic! Can't wait to finish this video and see if Stephen wins with the deck =D And yes Corey, everything on the scroll is by hand! =D
The only way that could be topped is if someone illuminates the scroll. I'm unsure, at the moment, if that is possible with scrolls, but it would be awesome.
Not that the 1 damage would have changed much, but wouldn't the bowmaster have had 1 more trigger while dying to the sword since it wouldnt die until the whole ability resolves?
I don't understand Jeremy helping to stop Corey's Tetzimoc he was already dead and it would have gotten rid of Jon's big guy it doesn't make any sense to me.
I understand that Corey was the threat at 300+ life but you play to win and killing Stephen first would have let John try to place in 1st for the season.
Steven Green needs to frame that and hang that scroll in the Background. Also need to have Peter write a champion scroll to hang in the vs studios for the falling season
I'd love to know how you guys think and explain power level, most of your games are extremely balanced even though they are at various power levels. Unless Jon just wins of course :)
So maybe I’m wrong. But every time something goes on the stack, the active player (the player whose turn it is, not the player who took the action) gets priority. So when Stephen casts vandalblast on his turn and Jon continually says “I’m not passing priority” after he takes an action, that’s incorrect? I think?
Around 15:00 Since Jeremy did put counters on Agitator Ant, the Ant was goaded, Vengeful Ancestor trigger counts all goaded creatures, so Jeremy should take 1 for Ants attack.
We thought the same! We actually stopped and did that later in the episode, then reversed it when we realize Goad is until your next turn, so those creatures aren't goaded anymore. They don't have to attack, and they don't trigger Vengeful Ancestor.
they where missing a bunch of triggers. Steven's germ was goaded but didn't attack and Corey attacked with his goaded creature but didn't take the damage.
All I have to say is that Jon and Steven are punks as in the jail variety and I’m tired of all of them ganging up on Corey he maybe a professional player but he doesn’t play commander professionally much like me he only plays commander for fun
I'm kinda with this comment. He's always so chill but a couple of these videos recently are a hostile work environment. It's made Corey the endearing underdog and everyone else sucks.
Yeah this happens way too often. Stephen helping Jon at almost every step, when he has the most commanding board presence, soured what was a fun episode for me. Sure Corey had a lot of life, but Stephen had that under control with the exoskeleton or just straight commander damage. No need to help Jon when he had a 60+ power Kibo and an active and unchecked mayhem devil controlling the board.
@@DerekBeddard exactly they don’t even give him a chance to even play and it’s been like this for 4 straight seasons now and I’m seriously considering no longer watching because of them yes they might all be friends but friends give friends a chance to play

Steven was right: I *was* watching with a giant grin on my face. 😁
Everybody pitching in against Corey to let Jon keep his mayhem devil and monkey was... certainly a choice.
It's almost like there's still a game after one player dies , doesn't feel like it while watching some of these games though
Man, shout out to that scroll! ❤ Amazing work
bro having a website just for a deck is next level, nice work
thanks XD
When I think of Commander this game is what I think of!
Jeremy is playing my deck!!! Hope this goes well!

Ah another game of hate on Corey, how refreshing.
Phew, what a crazy fun video!!! I love these long videos
Its hard to tell but i think the 40 extra +1 illegal counters Akiba had made a differnce
This game was bananas....
Stephen’s commitment to the bit about not touching those bananas is astonishing
There is a lot of big stuff going on here, what a game
Pretty soon Steven is going to need a....Scroll Rack!!!
Amazing game, loved it.
1:25:00 looked through the decklist, Embercleave could've gotten Avacyn in for lethal at Corey
When Stephen was like "I don't know what's in it" and the deck list is right there lmao
Jon gave up first place by letting Steven kill Corey with commander damage
He die by infect
But Steven dieing first would help if he got 1 more point somehow
u job on that ScrollManShip peter
“I might just Counterspell it now” 😂😂😂😂😂😂 i LOST IT.
stephen should have been forced to attack with his goaded creature @24:27 and would have been dead on board if everyone cracked back at him
Dousing Dagger showing up, someone call Richard "The Cod Father" over from MTG Goldfish to tell us how great it is.

Jeremy didn't die first, I'm proud of my deck.
Aww shame Jon thought Avacyn exiles to change sides, she just transforms, he could've killed Stoneforge Mystic to get Corey 😅
Oh we got there anyways 🎉
Took me 3 days to watch it all but all in all a good game.
game was sweet!

The deck should be called, "Don't start no Issh, there won't be no Issh."
Thank you.
Like, comment, share, subscribe, binge, and ring in a wonderful season
Fangren Marauder put in some work.
Shouldn't Ragavan have had a bunch of counters from banana sacrifices? Wacky game, though.
This ish is bananas.
B A N A N A S
Does anyone have a link to the podcast that Jon was talking about?
Who was the hidden commander for Eleven and Max?
Wouldn't the hexproof of plaza of heroes prevent the mayhem devil triggers?
They sacrificed their permanents in response to the plaza's activation
Correct so second group of triggers would have happened before application of indestructible or hexproof
These are always cool. I always mean to submit my decks and then just forget. Maybe one day I'll remember
Isn’t that none bow a Mayhem devil with the Banana
We all know Stephen is old when he mentioned Dante's Peak as a movie reference.
Simple man..I see Steven Green, I click
Bummed a bit that the first time I submitted a deck for all 4 pepes that I didn't make it but happy with the cool commanders they chose.
How do I get you guys to play my deck on here?
Corey is based
woot
I had an Vazi deck. She is not as good as corey thinks and only gets 1 draw and 1/1 counter per spell/ability not per treasure

More like Stephen TRAITOR.
Steven doesn’t get command damage because infect doesn’t reduce the life total
it still is dealing damage, it's just dealing damage in the form of poison counters but not loss of life, but it IS still damage
The cheating is getting unwatchable
