41st Field Artillery Brigade Change of Command Ceremony at Grafenwoehr

The 41st Field Artillery Brigade held a change of command ceremony at Tower Barracks, Grafenwoehr, Germany, July 2, 2024. U.S. Army Col. Wilbur W. Hsu, the outgoing commander, relinquished control of the brigade to U.S. Army Col. Frank F. Maxwell.
