Midsummer Eve is a holy holiday in Sweden that we have celebrated for at least 200 years. We dance around a midsummer pole, which more or less resembles a giant penis, and sing the little frogs, whose song is derived from Napoleon's French marching song, which the English changed to "the little frogs" and danced to to mock the French. No one knows why the Swedes adopted that song and why we still "unconsciously" mock the French more than 200 years later. And we eat herring, drink that little nub of spiced spirits and eat strawberries... So Robert Gustafsson showed everything about how a midsummer celebration goes...
