I made this 2 weeks ago and my husband liked it... he says it taste like bibingka in philippines. I'll try again later and add some coconut flakes... Thanks for the recipe.
This banana pancake is really great! I like to cook this tomorrow as alternate recipe for baking banana bread. Thank you for sharing, hope to learn more recipe from you. God bless.
I think my mixture was a bit too runny, any tips? I was trying to go with the video as I was cooking. Edit: My mixture is sitting right now. Maybe they will be okay once they are done. Update: As expected my batter was a bit thin, so my pancakes were flat. The taste was nice, BUT I'm not sure what I did because the pancakes were mushy even when my mom helped me to check and see if they were done. I used two big bananas that has some brown on them (but were still very yellow). Any suggestions or feedback?
I figured it out, that was my problem too so I realized that the milk made it super runny so when i added the milk, i took out some of the milk before i completely mixed it together and it turned out like a normal pancake batter, not too runny and not too thick! So I recommend using about 3/4 cups of milk only:))
It tried this recipe today and it was delicious! My family loved it I used 4tbsp sugar since it wasn't sweet enough for me and I also added abt 1/4tsp of cinnamon powder Thnks for sharing this recipe! ❤ Edit: It was kinda salty..... Maybe it's because I used salted butter?(melted)
