I don't know. To me it's fishy to have a year old company with 100 millions to burn for advertisement. With Mixer it was understandable as Microsoft has a tons of money. But as Mixer offered good things it failed fast. So will be interesting to see where this Kick goes.
Kick is backed up by stake and stake is l a cyrpto gambling site, yes it might seem fishy but $100 million to them isn’t that much, if kick would fail it really wouldn’t impact alot of stake

Don’t even live in America but… What I am is someone who used to works as a real human rights activist. Worked with cases of war crimes, slavery(human trafficking), wrongly convicted people, censorship, false imprisonment, making sure every human rights are put forward in every campaigns I’ve worked on etc. I worked for all races and all genders all over the world. I don’t use tweeter from my cosy home. I’m mostly in the field doing shit most pseudo activists these days don’t even know about. What I know is that when businesses stop profiting from “wokeness” they will turn conservative again and pretend to be “non political” but they will be, just not liberal. That’s how the world works unfortunately. This whole movement in media’s depiction and interpretation of activism with the woke movement is not activism it is retaliation that’s not the same. Feels like progress but it’s only gonna slingshot right back to where it was or even worse than where it was. And now if you fight after that you become the bad guys. Just like any revolt in society one is right the other is wrong. This will shift again. Matter of fact if I was to go further and put my tinfoil hat on; this could all be a very well thought out grand plan, you know big corp playing along endorsing minorities now but in a very business type way to not lose business now. But then next elections they would be the ones supporting the opposing campaigns financially, under the table of course not necessarily publicly but they will support the opposition. Making sure that the opposition on the next presidential election will be getting endorsement in the form of lobbying/ campaign funding from those same companies that are minority “friendly” now and those politician will have a shit tonne of endorsement from the same companies. While all the rightwing politicians have to say is to promise the people they can turn things around. But this time it will work. Without extreme wokism. I don’t think there was a chance for Trump to be winning an election again. But now he very well might. It happened before throughout the world. Where minorities are used as tokens by gov and corporates for a few years and then the repercussions of that are even leftist vote conservative cause of how their lives have changed to accommodate others while their own life is getting harder, cause real societal issues haven’t been addressed because of even though they never cared about voting will now vote conservative because the right will say what most people wants to hear are affected even though they had no issues with any activism movement before. But the voting culture in America is that people don’t say who they voted for. That is why leftist shift back and forth. The worse thing about all of this is they will probably remove the diversity hire quotas, they will remove the bathroom right, more states will ban’ abortion.. not a thing and everything woke movement thought they’ve accomplished we’re just to benefit the corporates that used them. You know all done for better elective chances for the opposition. Cause you know instead of blaming the two face corporations that will turn on minorities they will blame minorities. Chess move that most people can’t even see. Next few elections worldwide I predict a very conservative wave for at least the next 10yrs by the looks of things. Politics is a sick game. Again this isn’t a victory it is a manipulative tactic from people that have a lot of money in the game. I don’t see the left winning an election in the next one. All just an inside job? Was it the plan all along cause without wokeness the right wouldn’t have won another election in the future? Now with the controversy with wokeness they might take power in America as in Europe. Maybe or maybe not. All I’m saying is this is how the bug bad corps and govs work. You could think there was progress but it’s just used to solidify conservativeness as the way to go. Not my opinion but that’s how the human psych works unfortunately. I still think it’s all planned, so that society can be locked back into its super extremist ways.
