LEGACY: Episode 4 Lo Bosworth

In this week’s episode I interview Lo Bosworth. Some of you may remember her from the ultimate early 2000’s shows ‘Laguna Beach’ and ‘The Hills’. After her time ended on reality television she decided to take her journey in another direction. Becoming an author, motivational speaker and CEO/Founder of Love Wellness which was founded in 2016. We chat about her journey to achieving whole-body harmony. Which involved a lot of testing and doctor’s just not understanding what she was truly feeling on the inside. It wasn’t until she discovered that the gut, brain and vagina are all connected that she truly felt enlightened.

Lo. Is Amazing Laguna Beach was epic as a Beach Girl raised in suburbia on the beach I loved her and LC!! I love seeing how focused and fierce she's become her skin is awesome Lo and Hannah are awesome I love pilates stretches and work outs!! I have mission to drop 100lbs I'm down 20lbs so far I'm hoping to get more! NYC is sooo Lol! She's very balanced and creative she needs city vibrancy shell fall into but be able to create!! Love this series!
