I loved the Hills! And to see two of my favorite worlds collide was soo cool! I loved seeing and hearing Lo's journey toward wellness and her own wellness company! Such a refreshing interview! I would love to hear more of women entrepreneurs who are breaking ground in their industry!
She also had a lot of financial help. She grew up very privileged. So that certainly helps as opposed to someone who started from the ground up. There's nothing wrong with getting help, but let's not act like she was able to finance her own business without it.
I'm still trying to wrap my mind around being told my lady heart attack is just stress and what that would feel like. I love this episode! I hear from the girls at work about how gut health is the foundation for fem care. My best friend Nicole won't believe me because I'm a dude bruh. So I'm I'm gonna send her this video Lol! ❤
I've been getting the surges of rage. It is UN REAL... My guess is this is just the next symptom for a lot of us with the Schumann Resonance continuing to go up. It hasn't stopped. Extremely frustrating. Meditation does help. 😩😩😩
