Gone to sams for years but the town I live in currently has no costco or sams but is supposed to be getting a BJs so it would be more convenient than driving 30 minutes one way to sams like we do now.
BJs has been well to me ever since the covid pandemic. I find all my stuff i want and need there such as food, mattress, ect. Sams club also has good things as well. I have both memberships since my job is a travel job. Costco, am definitely considering it
Great Review, I agree with you! I’m a Costco Fan, however I like the Meat Dept. at BJ’s better… I think Costco has more choices in their Bakery. Thank you!
Unfortunately for me there are no Sam's Club's or Walmart Stores in New York City. The closest Walmart and Sam's Club for me to get to would be in Secaucus New Jersey.
I'm a member of both Stores and I like Both Stores and Both stores are close my me and I can take the bus to both stores. But the BJ's is almost twice as large as the Costco. They said that the Costco in Manhattan is the Smallest one in the area compared to the ones in Brooklyn, and Queens.
I watched this because I wanted to see how meat prices compared. Costco has good steaks but you usually have to buy at least 5 in a pack so I pass on them most of the time. I was wondering if BJs had smaller packages at the same price per pound as Costco.
Oh wow! Thank you for the comment! If you have both of those already, perhaps it’s up to the distance from home etc😀 they price memberships so strategically 😅
@@ambitiousayumichan Thank you for the video one of the best comparing memberships. BJs is the farthest from me. The only reason i considered them T-Mobile offered the membership for new members for like $20. I dont eat meat either so my options in bulk stores are limited but i like the fact they sell smaller quantities
I dread going to Costco. The lines are atrocious. Staff are rude. I am here in NYC and I can say that I have a much better experience at BJ's than at Costco. Plus lines... What lines? We use express check out through the app while we shop at BJ's.
Costo CO is much better. I'd been a Bjs customer at Exterior Lane in the Bronx, for years. They have terrible management, and a front door worker sth atis violent, rude. There are some good workers there, but the majority are unprofessional. I switched (and so have several of my workers, and family members). Costco, the service is professional (in Manhattan where I switched), and the prices are typically better. Both BJs and Costco have clean stores, but BJs is very bad in all other categories.
BJs sucks. The staff is often rude, the prices are higher than at Costco, and the food is often subpar. I used BJ for about 10 years, but after many negative experiences with management, line staff, bad food, etc, I switched to Costco. Totally different world. Costco staff are polite and professional. The locations have better prices on most items. The lines are also shorter than the lines at BJs.
I disagree at least her Michigan Bjs staff is very nice very compromising even the times that I didn’t get my gasoline discount because I was waiting on my credit card. They were nice enough to adjust it for me. I disagree. I’ve never someone who has such problem with Bjs.
This review was great. Awesome details!
Thank you!! Your comment made my day 😀😆

Wow! Thank you for this video comparison. It helped me decide between the two. I'm switching to BJ's because the Costco is further away from me.

I like all three wholesale clubs for different reasons.

They have Yankee candle at Marshall's, the Maxx, etc.
Nice video. I was considering BJs but since I have both Sam’s & Costco and based on the review I am not seeing the appeal of BJs based on ur video

I think that BJ'S has some work to do to compete with costco but I see potential
i love both stores And Bjs Cornbread is my Weakness 🫶🫶🫶🫶

Seems like your one specific location I’ve never had that problem at BJ’s
I live near the Bronx BJ's as well I have decided to go to Costco
Bjs use to have jewelry
Thank you for the comment! BJs is new in my state so I didn’t know!
$30 is way too high for an ice cream cake
It depends on the size that you need. I saw some priced at $22
Bechtelar Turnpike

@@lilmisspettiieee Statistical outliers don't justify blasting my point that covers most BJs I've visited and was a "member" of.
vegetarian, lol ,far as I made it watching. 😅
