Love videos starring Dorie! Constructive criticism: The background music is too loud especially with someone this soft-spoken. Do you use mics? I have to turn the volume up to hear what she is saying and then the music comes blasting in and turn down the volume. I would mute it but there is no closed captioning. In my opinion these long videos with her talking while she is cooking don't really need music at all. I want to hear what she has to say, not jingling for seven minutes. I love this channel by the way!

Food52 i also had to turn up the volume to max in order to hear what she was saying. Hopefully in future videos this will be resolved
I agree. Why do all/most UA-cam cooking video makers think they need to add music??? What is entertaining ... informative about the music?? Nothing! Nothing! It serves NO PURPOSE.

I've been admiring her kitchen for "form and function" in a galley sized space. Then I admired her shirt collars and dining space planters! Stylish and easy going.
