Surprisingly, Jack Black didn’t actually voice Po in Legends of Awesomeness. He was in the opening theme song, but in the show he’s voiced by Mick Wingart who does a really good impression.
Actually, I'm pretty the person who sang the theme song of Legends of Awesomeness was a guy named Mick Wingert and also voiced Po in the show. Imo I think he did a great job with both the theme song and the show.

i rewatched the entirety of robot and monster recently now that i'm an adult and i enjoyed it way more than i expected. i think i probably laughed more at it now than i did when i was younger. there's so many interesting characters and the way they all interact with each other just creates the best scenarios. robot and monster's friendship despite their personality differences is really sweet, and i love how you can understand their characters more in depth when you meet their families. you think robot is mean until you meet more of his family to see that they're much worse. i love how these characters are written

Planet Sheen was actually supposed to be a new show called, “Red Acres" that would have been about a fast food worker who got stranded on a planet of hillbilly aliens. Nick rejected it because they didn’t want the human lead to be an adult.
Not surprising. The reason SpongeBob goes to boating school is because Nick didn't want him to just be an adult with a job so they made him go to boating school so kids could relate to the whole school thing

19:32 I'm of the opinion that a spinoff that is wildly different from the main show it's based on has to feel like it can stand on its own with its own characters. Look at Daria, that's technically a spinoff of Beavis and Butthead, but Daria was different from the stoner comedy and forged its own identity around its snarky main character. The problem wasn't Planet Sheen was wackier than Jimmy Neutron, the problem was the writers didn't know how to work with the wackiness and make Sheen more of a main character in his own right.
I watched a little bit of fanboy and chumchum as a child, the only thing I remember about it is that I despised the intro song so much I would cover my ears and leave the room and wouldn’t go back in until it was over

Bro as someone who’s a lot younger & grew up with more 2010s nick shows TMNT went so hard. I went from never watching it as a little kid cus the cgi didn’t really appeal to me to watching it every morning before school in like 3rd grade. I remember being so sad when they got to the arc in the show that the earth exploded & they had to move to space, shit had me stressing 😭
As someone who loved and read the Big Nate comics as a kid all the time, I was both very pleased and deeply disappointed about how the animated show turned out. I honestly think the show could have had a more mature, less juvenile tone. My favorite arcs in the comic were the ones focusing on the relationship between Nate and his dad, as well as the ones about Nate’s teachers. Nate is such an interesting character to study because he is gifted, talented, and almost as intelligent as the adults around him, but he’s also an immature, troublemaking child who wants attention from everyone around him. That type of humor and character building paired with the mixed-animation style could create a masterpiece.
bro i grew up with fan boy and chum chum i missed that begining sssooo much thank you for giving it a fair enough rating but deep down you know you wanted to rate it a 5. good video

So here’s a fun fact when Nickelodeon was trying to find their 3 nicktoons Phil vicher was trying to pitch his show “Veggietales” to Nickelodeon but nick denied the show because “they can’t do CGI” At least the show was on arcades!
tmnt 2012 was executive produced by ciro nieli, who also was a director on the earlier episodes of the original teen titans cartoon, so you KNOW it's good!!

Fun Fact: Stephen Hillenberg was actually working on Kamp Koral before he died. And even if that wasn't thee case.. the quote was him saying that he doesn't see any spinoffs, like, no opportunity for them. Not that he's against the idea of them.
Can you do a ranking of the darkest Nickelodeon show ever put on television. "Are you afraid of the dark?". Are you afraid of the dark is an anthology horror series. It's about a group of kids that are in this club called The midnight society as they go around the campfire where they tell scary stories. And even maybe you can rank all the episodes in the 2019 remake of "Are you afraid of the dark?"
ngl at the beginning when you asked "the one thing i ask of you..... is to enjoy" is much more refreshing compared to other youtubers that ask for a subscription before the video/video essay starts its nice and refreshing I will enjoy your hard work
The funny part is, when I heard Tak mentioned, the game I immediately thought of wasn't the actual console game... It was the TV game. I remember back when I was younger and DirectTV had a GAMES CHANNEL that was absolutely REVOLUTIONARY. A tv channel that you could play games on, using the tv remote, was the absolute BOMB. Wish I could go back to those days sometimes, when something like that was the best it could get, lol

i loved this video so much omg.. but i feel like a 3D show you missed was "Rabbids?" i mean i dont even remember if it WAS on nick, but it was such a random show that it stuck in my head (even though i dont remember it at ALL)

so many childhood memories were unlocked in this video
Banger
officially my new favorite youtuber
i cannot believe this one only has 200k views….???? Bro did a deepdive on some of the best shows made in the last 15 years and it only gets 200k???? Unbelievable. This is a work of art bro thank u for ur time and energy
That type of humor and character building paired with the mixed-animation style could create a masterpiece.
bro i grew up with fan boy and chum chum i missed that begining sssooo much
thank you for giving it a fair enough rating but deep down you know you wanted to rate it a 5. good video
i forgot how many of these i LOVED until this video! robot and monster was my life when it came out, this makes me so happy (despite any others of varying quality)
This video is just my childhood in the nutshell
TMNT 2012 was top tier. Deserved waaaaay more attention then it got.❤
its so underrated and needs more tbh
I need you to know that I absolutely love your videos and watch them all the way through and love the entire ride
Glad to hear there's another lover of Star Trek Prodigy out there
Hell yea a new awesome channel !
Good to see you return with yet another banger! I'm looking forward to what you put out next!
So here’s a fun fact when Nickelodeon was trying to find their 3 nicktoons Phil vicher was trying to pitch his show “Veggietales” to Nickelodeon but nick denied the show because “they can’t do CGI”
At least the show was on arcades!
I've been binge watching your videos on my xbox, started with the gumball videos and just kept watching, keep up the good work on the videos bro
Watching kung fu panda before going to school is one of the best memories i have
I loved these shows honestly they went so hard back then
tmnt 2012 was executive produced by ciro nieli, who also was a director on the earlier episodes of the original teen titans cartoon, so you KNOW it's good!!
Still glad I grew up with these jimmy neutron is still one of my favorites
Back at the Barnyard animators really said “whoops all molars!”
Thank you for reminding me that Marf exists. I am now a true believer.
glad i found this channel keep up the good work bro
4:14 I used to rent DVDs of that show at Jumbo Video back in the early 2010's!
You only remeber the chicken scene of tak and the power of juju because it was a nickelodeon commercial/bumper!!!! It played every commercial break
Bro I wish your content would show up on my home page more, and its great to see how much you've grown since I've last seen a video of yours. Love the video man 💯 keep it up!!!
Fun Fact: Stephen Hillenberg was actually working on Kamp Koral before he died.
And even if that wasn't thee case.. the quote was him saying that he doesn't see any spinoffs, like, no opportunity for them. Not that he's against the idea of them.
RT60 shouting out CJ the X is not what I expected, but I fucking love it. I second it, go watch them, they're fucking hypnotic.
Good. I’m so glad this popped up on my recommended. You’re a damn good UA-cam.
I just subbed to your channel, and I just have to say...
Nice intro, man. ✊
ngl
at the beginning when you asked
"the one thing i ask of you..... is to enjoy"
is much more refreshing compared to other youtubers that ask for a subscription before the video/video essay starts
its nice and refreshing
I will enjoy your hard work
The funny part is, when I heard Tak mentioned, the game I immediately thought of wasn't the actual console game...
I loved Fanboy and ChumChum not gonna lie
