So I ask , what was the thought process behind this? Did you just forget? Could you not square them with what you wanted the story to be? Does sega not want shadow yucking it up with locals? I know out of all the things going on with Shadow this seems like a very strange thing to ask about. But at least in my own imagination having Shadow interact with people outside of the normal game cast, especially in a situation like this where the citizens may have resentment towards him and the actions he wishes to commit seems interesting. But they just...vanish?"

19:37 Last time I mentioned this game you couldn't recall what it was that much but this is a question about the Mega Man Monopoly ripoff game on NES, RockBoard. In Archie Mega Man, Kalinka repeatedly wanted to pretend to be a princess, is this a reference to her story route in RockBoard where she wanted to get a castle and become one for real? Also if this game was ever adapted which route would be canon? Light's, Wily's, Cossack's, Roll's, or Kalinkas? Or would you try and weld them all together in a way that makes sense and is more satisfying?
22:53 In Sonic Colors DS, the Sol Emeralds suddenly shone and took Blaze from the Sol Dimension to Sonic's dimension, by sheer will of the emeralds themselves. Could this be the explanation for Blaze's presence in Sonic 06? In the original timeline, Blaze was in the Sol Dimension (Sonic Rush never happened) and the Sol Emeralds took her to Sonic's dimension in the future so she could fight Iblis with Silver. Then, at the end of Sonic 06, everything is reset and a new timeline appears, and now Sonic Rush happens. In this way, Sonic 06 and Sonic Rush are not prequels to each other, but different timelines.

His colours are duller and he has brown eyes. Is this just a thing to let the readers know that it's him, or is an in canon thing? My interpretation is that, even after reading Gerald's diary, Rouge still didn't have the full picture. For all she knew, the Biolizard was the Ultimate Lifeform, and Shadow was made specifically made to avenge Maria's death. But she also knew he had a heroic side, so maybe she wanted to remind him of that first, and then fill him in on the details later. But then she found the Androids, and wasn't sure if he was even the real deal

32:30 This kinda makes me wanna write a fan comic where Mimic is disguised as an aristocrat at a big party or something, and to sell the disguise, he removes a necklace or an earring and offers it to someone. When he's making his getaway and undoes the disguise, the person he handed the jewelry to is now holding a tentacle.
That's a fan idea you know.

And as for the intros: I checked them, and he says:
"I have to collect them all and put the emerald back together quickly"
"I have to find the pieces of the Master Emerald now"
"I have to find the pieces of the Master Emerald quickly"
And sounds really urgent at the end of each level, but never directly states Angel Island fell. But I'm willing to accept it did, but nobody mentioned it
I included my thoughts on why it might not have fallen ( *if* it didn't, though I prefer the thought that it did) but:
A.) you can't see the fan theories lol
B.) It was me trying to explain a contradiction that wouldn't exist if Angel Island just fell in the background
And C.) *My* explanation still doesn't really explain why it _would_ fall in Rivals, so....
Did you get any notes about tails having mint as his favorite candy? I ask because I've read that it's good for memory.
Q&A Hey there again Ian and Kyle during a past Q&A back in March when you answer my question about making my own non profit sonic comics I noticed you said something like if you wanted to make buttons pins or plushies etc then we'd have to talk about licensing and what not what all would I have to go through to make that happen definitely don't wanna get sued or anything? #BumbleKast

Okay, now I have to know. What exactly is the line for a "Fan Idea?" I speak in reference to what was a theory on how the Rush duology (trilogy? Does Colors DS count?) and 06 relate. It pulled from things already canonically established, Emerald Isekai and the fact 06 writes itself from canon and isn't a proposal for a new plot thread but just an attempted explanation on canon using what's presented.
Does this mean that if a fan showed you their predictions in the plot of the comic an was spot on you'd have to change it because it's a fan idea?
I second that being strange. Even if it were phrased more direct as something like “Did the Sol Emeralds will Blaze into Sonic 06 to create a stable space/time loop?” it doesn’t really come off as an “fan idea”. Ian has said he doesn’t strive to humor/fix Sonic 06’s loose plot but if this were some weird perceived wrench in a story plan regardless I would really urge trying to put it into proportion again.
Very glad the first 10 minuets of this video are of Ian and Kyle trying to imagine how they'd get through sonic 2 while trying not to laugh at how it'll go horribly that was adorable

whats the deal with rings? weve seen them all across both planets and in different dimensions and magic books but i dont think we have ever seen them in space unless its a boss battle or space station. are rings incapable of forming naturally in space?

Listening to the questions was like when Homer was attending the Itchy, Scratchy, and Poochie meet and greet. And I'm totally here for it--I loved listening to the questions and dedicated responses.
I assume the reason Rouge never told Shadow his past is because she was under the impression he was an Android. Shadow even saw the robot corpses and started to question who he was, but by the end of his campaign, he said "even if I'm not real, I'm Shadow!"
Shadows game ignores this development, and due to Rouge being demoted to extra, the opportunity never appeared.
Remember when you revealed SEGA asked you to keep the Warp Topaz intact instead of destroying it, well, considering the reveal of Sonic Prime months later and the prospect of exploring the multiverse, did SEGA plan on using the Warp Topaz in the show hence why they stopped you from destroying it since it can warp time and space?
Question: Can Emerl take out the entire group the Deadly Six simultaneously? Both for games and IDW?
Very likely no, because of their technopathy.
If metal sonic can take out emerl im not faithful that emerl can take out 6 boss level enemies with one of em being a final boss level enemy
