Here is my first period story ( it was actually a few weeks ago)
About 3 days before I started I had terrible “ stomach aches” and i kept drinking pain stops thinking I just ate something bad I then woke up at 3 am with my stomach feeling horrible I went to the bathroom and my underwear had brown spottings that made me think i had sharted I then wore another pair of underwear and washed the other one I drank some more pain stops and went back to sleep when I woke up I went to shower and I was shocked to see more spottings with brown then I decided to wear panty liners in the night I woke up to drink more pain stop the next day ( Monday) I had a feeling and wore a panty liner and then my mom told me to pack a pad and i told her not to worry but she packed it in my back pack without me seeing at lunchtime I went to the bathroom and I was shocked to see my panty liner covered in blood 🩸 my bestie ( shoutout to you Tiffany) noticed me crying and asked whats wrong and i told her everything then she ran out to ask the teacher for a pad and she gave me then i went to the admin and told them to call my mom to pick me up and then we went to get ice cream( which i think is pretty bad but im not sure) then she gave me “the talk “ and now im always thanking my bestie for helping me and i promised her to help her when she gets her first period oh and i found the pad in my bag when i got home 🤦♀️❤️

I started my period when i was 9, im 12 now and i asked my male coach if i can skip gym that day because i was going through something AKA my period. He said no and to run the 2 laps like everyone else, i did just that and after that i had my science class and i asked her if i can call my mom to bring me some painkillers, she said yes, so i did and my dad gave me them. I then went back to class and they just went to the bathroom, i was about to bleed though and i needed to go change my pad and tampon. She said no. So i went the rest of the day till i got home with my jacket around my waist, i told my mom and dad, they called up my school but they did nothing about it. That happened last week. I hate my school now. And they all told me to suck it up and grow up, i have just started having the cramps. Not as bad as the rest of my family but it was bad.
I'm 11 and there so many loopholes in them American and Canadian school system
1. Walk into the bathroom if they don't let you go they can not stop you
2. If they give you detention you don't need to go if they force you that technically kidnapping
3. contact the school board if the school doesn't do anything
I change my underwear everyday.. I thought it was normal to do that
