It’s okay if you just call Moonbyul Moonstar. Also us moomoo’s sometimes refer to Hwasa by her actual name and the members often refer to eachother by their first names. The Ah at the end of when they said wheein-ah is a term of endearment or part of how they speak informal or formal. Mamamoo members never really learned English singing in it is easier cause you copy the words how they’re sung, similar to us singing in Korean for kpop songs but we can’t speak the language or understand it fully. These days they are trying to learn more English I believe.

Mamamoo is the most talented and self-produced female group of Kpop.
They're thr true queens of Kpop 👑❤
Wheeins name can be tricky to pronounce at first, she goes by Wheenie as a nickname, so like Moon star you can start with that 💅
And you'll hear people call Wheein "Wheein-ah" but that's specific to Korean, in English we can just say Wheein without the honorific
Moomoos generally refer to all four as their stage names, Solar, Moonbyul, Wheein, and Hwasa. They use their real names with each other (though the only change is solar and hwasa), so you'll hear: Yongsun, Moonbyul, Wheein, and Hyejin (Hyeh-jin)
Hwasa doesn't fit the beauty standard for Idols, she's already skinny and small (I mean look at her arms) but because she has more curves and a rounder/bigger face, her looks are not really seen as Idol-esque. BUT she's so gorgeous and is such a captivating performer it didn't take long for ppl to fall for her. She received an immense amount of hate for her looks, if you read the lyrics for Maria, and really consider the funeral and water scenes, it's a heartbreaking and very empowering song. It's not a surprise to anyone that she will go far.
Hip is from 2019, I'm excited to hear what you think about all their new songs, they have more than a couple that have come out since Hip, and they're ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
