It was nice that Jack made the lady's day at the end of the video. You just never know what other people are going through so if you can be kind to someone or make them laugh for a minute it may help them cope.

I think my favorite reactions are when people recognize Jack and gush about how the watch/love his videos, and especially when they say they're having a bad day or going through a rough spot in life, but his videos - or even meeting him in person in that moment - just brightens their entire day and lifts their spirits in ways nothing else can.

It's really interesting to see how different people are: some get hilariously pissed up, others just cheer up. I think a lot depends on your base personality, but it could always be rewarding when you see someone smile and laugh.
