This story (captured through Zoom) is a combination of history and folktale and starts with a few seconds of context setting. It was devised for an evening of stories and music, 'Marrakech to Manchester: Merchant Stories' at Les Étoiles de Jamaa El Fna in the Medina of Marrakech.
