I have been on the trail of reaction videos for this song. I have watched hundreds and without a doubt in my mind, your reaction will be one that I will remember out of them all. You caught things that I have missed and that I have not seen any reactor pick up on. You picked up on every emotion and every single line. You are a breath of fresh air. Now I want to go through your channel and watch every reaction on it. You are now in my top favorites and am honored to finally find your channel. I have a feeling that I will be writing books in your comment sections. He said at the very end "I must remember, no, we must remember, that we are all human" .. That line literally put this whole masterpiece together. Great react!!! Liked!!! Subscribed!!! Much love...
Hi William! 🙂
You honestly made my day with this comment.
I really appreciate you taking the time out of your day to watch my reaction video on the amazing Ren.
Thank you for subscribing! I can't wait to get back into reaction video's again, please stay tuned! 🍿🤗
Ren was initially misdiagnosed with depression, bipolar disorder, and chronic fatigue syndrome, which led him to experience psychosis. It would take seven years before a doctor in Belgium finally correctly diagnosed Ren with autoimmunity, Lyme disease, and resulting damage to the brain, organs, joints, and PTSD. Ren eventually underwent stem cell therapy in the United States, which improved his health, but it has not been a cure. Ren is currently in Canada for more treatments, including surgeries, and will have to be there for at least six months (Summer of 2023).....thanks, Hans Johansson
Great comment. 😉
Thanks.
Ytube was initially diagnosed with people from December 2022 who found someone we in the uk have known about for years. Do yourself a favour and listen to Hold On by ren. 7 years old then speak about his medical condition you regurgitated
@@insidious82congratulations?
His Shakespearian piece may be The Tale of Jenny & Screech full version. His flow went in The Hunger and Sick Boi. The Big Push I Shot the Sheriff Road to Zion Hip-hop is something great. Money Game & Money Game part 2 just a few with alot more.
Its good to see him perform rap in sick boi or the hunger, then his story telling in the trilogy and lastly get blown away by his version of I shot the sheriff. They all take you on a journey of their own
The one thing that helped bring Ren back to the living was 2 stem cell transplants that helped tebuild some if his immune system. He still suffers with fatigue, pain and allergic reactions ti almost all foods. He us currently in Canada getting almost daily treatments to heal brain damage and other problems.
Yes, we aren't in control. "Intentions are our responsibility, results are God's." The Gita
You'll love Lowkey - Fire in the Booth. It's fucking high calibre 🔥 from the UK, 12 years ago.
You won't believe your ears 😉😁
Hi Ren is just the first step in the journey.
His work with Chinchilla is probably the most popular in terms of traditional song writing but definitely unique as well. Chalk outlines and How to Be Me (my favorite) are emotional punches to the soul.
His band the Big Push have some great originals and covers that really show off his musical / guitar talents Bongo Bong and Englishman in NY are my favorite. Their live version of I” Shot The Sheriff/Road to Zion/Hip Hop is insane.
All his rap is incredible. You can’t go wrong.
He jokingly called his style of Music BARDCORE, I think he's 100% correct his use of theatre and Words and poetry, is very Shakespearean .You have just started down the Ren Rabbit hole .Enjoy the journey.
from what I see on your channel, you will probably like one of his bests bits of rap... the hunger. for pure storytelling and guitar playing prowess, listen to the story of Jenny and Screech (full)... it's a 3-parter with a twist at the end... you might need tissues.
A quite intellectual take on Hi Ren. You saw when the battle turned to warfare. Few notice that.
Notice how the dark side started the conversation, and how the last singing section was both sides of Ren in harmony.
Hi Tim! Thank you for this lovely comment and thanks for tuning in, I really appreciate it 🙂🙏🏻
It’s the best song/video combination since This is America. It’s *that* good.
No. This is well directed mass hysteria.
Smart boi.
You are absolutely wonderful. Thank you mate
Hi Troy! Thank you so much for the lovely comment, appreciate it
Ren -sick boi, Ren illlest of our time, Ren - The hunger will give you more Rap vibe.
This was an enjoyable reaction. I appreciate the research you did into Ren's background; most other reactors don't seem to bother. I wrote this introduction to Ren when I first discovered him earlier this year, as there wasn’t a Wikipedia entry for people to look him up prior to March 2023. I have posted this info to every “Hi Ren” reaction I have come across since, and I hope it will be of some use to the uninitiated. “Hi Ren” is the song that put Ren on everyone's radar since December; it went viral and has garnered over 8 million views since its debut, but he has been creating great music for more than ten years. Ren’s music videos are generally recorded live, often in a single take, although not necessarily the first take, and from various camera angles. His release, "Sick Boi," is almost another chapter to "Hi Ren." Many of Ren’s songs resonate with people because he addresses struggles that many others face every day.
Ren plays multiple instruments (acoustic, electric, and bass guitar, piano, drums), has impressive vocals, is an excellent storyteller, and is quite the philosopher and poet. He is considered by many a modern bard; he calls his music “bardcore.” Ren’s earliest recordings on UA-cam are from his time in a band called “Trick The Fox,” consisting of Ren and his buddies Charlie and Tommy. Unfortunately, the band performed only briefly due to Ren’s onset of health issues. They are very talented. A fun clip to watch is “The Mash Up.”
Ren’s trilogy "The Tale of Jenny/Screech/Violet" has been likened to a Shakespearean tragedy and is a prime example of his genius; it is a master’s class in storytelling and also showcases his guitar skills. The three acts are haunting, and the conclusion will catch you off guard. The trilogy needs to be watched in the order given, as this is the flow of the storyline and is best watched as a whole rather than piecemeal.
Ren’s collaborations with Chinchilla (“Chalk Outlines,” “How to Be Me,” “Sexual Healing,” “One Dance/Drunk in Love”) are beautiful and showcase his singing voice. His live music videos are especially impressive. Ren's personal reflections are threaded through many of his songs; "Insomnia," "Depression," “Diazepam," “Penitence,” “Dear God,” “Heretic,” “Dominos,” his "Freckled Angels" album, just to name a few, all deserve a listen. His song "Money Game" (Part I & II) is another recommendation, although it is less of a personal song than it is an indictment of greed and the resulting injustices in this world.
Ren’s Hip Hop/Rap style songs are all worth checking out if you enjoy this genre; they are pretty amazing. Check out “The Hunger,” “Genesis,” “What You Want,” “Losing it (FISHER rap retake),” “Right here, right now (Fatboy Slim one shot retake),” "Life is Funny," “Love Music (Parts 1, 2, and 3),” “Crucify Your Culture,” “Power,” his latest release, “Bittersweet symphony (The Verve retake),” just to name a few.
As I recently discovered, Ren also recorded a cover of “Can't Help Falling In Love (Elvis Cover),” that is simply beautiful. Then there are his performances with Sam Tompkins (“Blind Eyed,” “Earned it /Mans World / Falling,” “Walking on the moon/No Diggity”). Also, his collaborations with Eden Nash (“Humble,” “Ocean”), Bibi (“Crutch,” “Ahiahiaoha”), Molly McKinna (“Penitence”), Orlean ("Jessica"), his former bandmate Romain Axisa (“French Song”), are all great.
"The Big Push" (Ren Gill, Gorran Kendall, Romain Axisa, and Glen Chambers) busking sessions, concerts, and live recordings all are awesome and well worth checking out. All but the drummer sing lead vocals at times. Their covers of "I Shot the Sheriff/Road to Zion/Hip Hop," "Wade in the Water/Nina Simone/Trouble so Hard," “War Pigs,” "My Generation," "An Englishman in New York," “Bongo Bong,” “These Boots Are Made For Walking,” the songs "Oh My Woman," “Swan Song,” “Sweet Little Lady," "It's Alright," "Watch Out," “Dignity,” and so many others are equally impressive. The band performed their last official busking session and gave their last concert in September of last year due to the fact that Ren was leaving for Canada to undergo medical treatment for his multiple health issues, including surgeries.
In anticipation of his stay in Canada, Ren prepared some music ahead of time to be released over the next six months that he expects to be gone. He released “Sick Boi” and “Bittersweet Symphony (The Verve retake),” which is another masterful work. Ren has hinted that he might release his newest song on March 29, which is his birthday.
Hi Jens, thank you for tuning in! 🙂
A huge thanks for your insightful comment, you definitely done some great research. I struggled to find any proper information on Ren when I started filming, but thank God for Wikipedia 😅
@@Sasha-LeeSampson Thank you for your kind words. That Wikipedia page was created only a couple of weeks ago. Back in early February I started on a draft to create a wiki entry, but I wasn't making much progress. Fortunately, someone else with more skills than me in this department got the job done. I am looking forward to more reactions. God bless.
It was very refreshing to hear your thoughts rather than being a cheerleader like many reactors. Please react to Ren's trilogy "The Tale of Jenny, Screech, and Violet". The three parts must be played consecutively in one reaction for full impact. You will be in awe of his storytelling ability as he moves seamlessly between first person and third person insights. Amazing guitar melodies. 🙂
I second that notion.
I third it!
Most definitely! Also check out losing it Ren
deep deep deep and deep!!!🐱👤🐱👤
Thank you for supporting Ren! He got me to your channel and now im staying. Thank you.
Hi Aaron! Thank you for tuning in, I really appreciate it 🤗
We are not either, we are all in one big mess.
Finding the path that balance out these different aspects of our selves is what life is about.
Finding Equilibrium
Excellent breakdown
Nice reaction - you’re not alone in only just discovering Ren but the great thing is that means you have so much amazing stuff to catch up on. He has gone under the radar for a long time due to the fact he is independent- he was signed by Sony when he was 17 but dropped when he got ill. Misdiagnosed lymes disease meant he was ill for years and then ultimately it has led to some permanent damage (currently undergoing treatment in Canada). You should definitely spend time checking his stuff out as it is so diverse - he can rap, sing, play multi instruments, and ALL at a top top level. Chalk outlines live is beautiful singing, The Tale of Jenny and Screech (full trilogy in one watch is best) is insane story telling, guitar, singing and rap. The Hunger, Genesis, Losing it show his rapping well…. And he played in an amazing band called The Big Push (street performance of I Shot the Sherrif / Road to Zion / Hip Hop mash up is jaw dropping)
Nice. Perfect SONG suggestions for her next !! 🔥🔥🔥🔥❤
brilliant reaction. you saw the acceptence that ren displays with this piece. you have nice insight. very intelligent.
Hi! I really appreciate your comment, and thank you for tuning in 🙂
Anything Ren does is great. He does lots of different genres. Just dive in the rabbithole.
My fav reaction video...the eternal struggle witht that voice in your head...
Loved your reaction to this GENIUS of an authentic & true artist.
Reacters are gaining lots of mileage out of Ren's content & it would be fantastic for him if you all start VERBALLY encouraging your followers to subscribe to his channel 🤔
It's disappointing to see Hi Ren, alone, has been viewed approximately 8m times but he hasn't even reached 1m subscribers yet.
Come on! Let's help him!
Cheers 👍🍻
Hi Steve, thank you for tuning in! 🙂
You're actually right, I was just as surprised to see that Ren hasn't even reached a million yet... I'll definitely mention this in future reactions.
This is 3 months ago! Im quite shocked and a little disappointed that you havent done more Ren reactions. 😮 Especially as you seemed to be impressed. Please PLEASE do more Ren. You wont regret it. He is special. I truly believe this young man is one of THE most talented people out there. Great reaction. Thankyou. Love from the U.K. 😊
Hi Angie! Thank you for tuning in, I really appreciate it 🤗
The amount of video requests I get on a daily can sometimes be very overwhelming, my apologies for not posting more Ren... I will most definitely get to his videos when I have a chance to. Please stay tuned ❤️
@@Sasha-LeeSampson Thankyou SO much for replying. I very much appreciate you taking the time. ☺️ I will keep an eye out for that 👀 May I recommend "Chalk Outlines (live, x Chinchilla)"
Take care x
Wonderful reaction! I heartily encourage you to react to Ren’s band, The Big Push, snd specifically to their rooftop live recording of Manu Chao’s Bongo Bong.
Very nice reaction. Early in his struggles he did Crutch which is just outstanding. But it seems everything he does is fire!
Such a great talent. He can write, he can play, he can sing, he can flow. The music industry is filled with folks who can do one or two of those competently, but to be able to do all of it is rare. Thanks Ren. As a psych nurse, this gives me a glimpse into the minds of those who suffer from psychosis.
The perennial issue of 'self doubt' that affects many many people. Anyone that is a human being can relate to talking to themselves, in moments or a life time of never being sure if what they do or plan will ever be successful, or will we just give up because of that doubt eating away inside us. Our subconscious will sometimes eat away at us slowing us down, and some to the point of severe depression.
Check them all out.. they are all different.. and ALL amazing!!!
Check out " Losing it" if you want to hear him rap. Check out "Losing it"
Really thoughtful, attentive response to this masterpiece. Well done
Thr Pig IS the Butcher and the Butcher IS the Pig. (we're a coin of two different sides) Its a foreshadow of the whole point of the message.
Budhism says that all life is suffering. The key is acceptence. Life isnt all happiness. Its not all bad either. Just live with it
Fantastic reaction my friend welcome to ren he is totally amazing and the best artist to come out of the UK for years a 68 years old great grandad love and respect from the UK 👍👍👍👍👍👍🌟😀😀 amazing channel New sub 👍
Thank you 🙏❤ @Sasha-LeeSampson ❤ for your 🐷 Ren - Hi Ren reaction! #ren #hiren #1uk I liked 👍 it and subscribed 🔔. "his therapist told him, he's ill" -- therapists love Ren's art, too.
Ren's independantly produced new album 🎶💿🐷 Sick Boi has just come out in October. It is 🔥🔥🔥... check it out! And is doing really well in a number of countries. #ineverchasednumbersstatisticsorstars #sickboialbum
Check out his videos for 🚗🔫 Murderer (both of them) and 🎻🎻🎹💰🐚 Money Game, Part 3
Well done 👍 Z
Great reaction that suits this genius masterpiece...!
So yea some facts on ren. 1. the song was done live if you look to the top of the gown you will see the mic and he did this as a 1 take so in total there were 4 versions of this in 1 take form and this was the one he finished on. 2. Ren was not trained on guitar he was/is self taught and learned from youtube videos. 3. So the song is about illness and mental health ren was misdiagnosed as a kid for years with depression, bipolar and other illnesses so was fed wrong medications untill finally he got a proper diagnosed with lyme disease and is now still going through treatment. Finally while he was misdiagnosed he actually signed with sony studios but due to his illness and not being able to keep his comitments with sony they dropped him and is a independent artist
Ren is a rare human being, in each of he’s videos I could discover him over over and I love that about him ,that he’s unique, extraordinary,a rear jewelry that only few can sdmire like it’s suppose to be admire!!
Ditto
If you think ths was Shakespearean, check out Ren's trilogy of Jenny and Screech. Great reaction!
Welcome to the world of Ren haha. He doesn't play one style of music. He's got his hands in multiple genres. He calls his style "Bardcore" after the 17th and 18th century Bard's from Ireland, England and Scotland. So Ren focuses on lyrics and storytelling. You'll see what a musical genius this man is. It's bananas how many different genres Ren touches. He has song like this one that are acoustic with some medieval style riffs thrown in every so often.
But Ren can rap rap too! My favorites are "Power" which has one of the best hooks I've heard in a very long time. The there's the ode to The Beastie Boys with "What You Want" and it sounds exactly like the old school Beastie Boys. "Genesis is another amazing track he raps his ass off on also.
Ren's band which you mentioned in the beginning of this video called "The Big Push" have live videos on their UA-cam page where they do amazing, and I mean amazing live covers on the street of Brighton of Bob Marley's "I Shot The Sheriff, Road to Zion and Hip Hop by The Dead Prez" and Ren's voice sounds so much like Bob Marley's is incredible. They do an incredible cover of Black Sabbath's "War Pigs." They cover The Rolling Stones "Paint It Black" with Ren playing bass and it too is incredible.
Glad you noticed the lights!
Sasha Lee, love your reaction to this’d pure .❤
👍🏾
Great reaction! Ren is a musical maestro, a lyrical laureate, a storytelling savant, a genius of genres, an inventive instrumentalist, a minstrel of Shakespearean manifestation, a warrior poet and a percipient prodigy. Forged in the fire of physical and mental illness Ren arose like a phoenix from the flames. I'm not usually so generous with my praise but Ren has many songs that break through barriers and talk about what's real.
Ren ready for you
Spot on reaction, in my opinion.
Ren is amazing, the best artist I've found in years, maybe ever
*Chalk Outlines
*Tale of Jenny & Screech Trilogy
*Money Game pt1 & 2
Soooo much, those are saying somethin', wanna here him just straight rap talent? Check The Hunger then Losing It and Bittersweet Symphony
I enjoy seeing youtubers getting their minds blown with musical art.
I have watched and listened to a couple hundred HI REN reactions and look for new youtubers, to me,and you got a new subscriber in me.

Ren's music is the word that is like the song needed for peace in BILL AND TEDS movie, from WYLD STALLIONS.
That was a great reaction. Absolutely love Ren! He is a modern Shakespeare once in a lifetime time talent he is mind blowingly good ❤
reason this song get so much attention is the fact it resonate with everyone we all had that voice that makes us doubt our self some had a far worse than others like ren been though but we all been there
I was trying to think which Ren song you should react to next but I think Dee got it right…The Tale of Jenny and Screech full version. Make sure it’s the full version. Brilliant storytelling, but don’t stop there…his music is so varied. He has a wonderful signing voice, he plays guitar and bass guitar, he raps…check out his band The Big Push too.
Chalk Outlines os one of my new favs. Actually ALL Ren's stuff is freaking amazing!! Check out his band The Big Push. He collaborates with fabulous unknown artists too. He covers all genres and is truely a word master
Just a suggestion, rewind 5-10 seconds every time you stop to not miss lyrics and reset the mood of the song. Great reaction! Keep going!
A Very Nice Reaction .
I ' m glad ' ya liked it .
Another cool Ren song
(((((( suggestion )))))) :
" " Chalk Outlines " "
Ren is one artist you could easily connect with many greats. The lads a force of nature. Not even god could have held him back from making it.
Nice reaction, I'm new to your channel.
One's to try... "The Hunger", "Jenny & Screech Trilogy", "Money Game 1 & 2", "Genesis", "Chalk outlines", "Blind Eyed", "Sick Boi", "Power", "Bittersweet Symphony" and countless mash up busking videos on the streets of Brighton, with Sam Tompkins, his band - The Big Push and others also... Just a few to have a look at! Lol ;)
Great reaction! Please do Chalk Outlines-live version!
The voice is Ren's self doubt. ALL of his self doubts personified.
💗
He's a genius.
You hit the nail on the head,he is Shakespeare.
One of the Gnostic scriptures entitled 'Pistis Sophia' (Faith in Wisdom) describes the "parts" of the human entity as body, soul, and the counterfeiting spirit (counter spirit) It is as follows: "And when the number of months of the birth of the babe is completed, the babe is born. Small in it is the compound of the power, and small in it is the soul; and small in it is the counterfeiting spirit. The destiny on the contrary is large, as it is not mingled into the body for their economy, but followeth the soul and the body and the counterfeiting spirit, until the time when the soul shall come forth out of the body, on account of the type of death by which it shall slay it [the body] according to the death appointed for it by the rulers of the great Fate." The spirit is not mentioned, might be considered part of the soul (depending of the words in the original). So I suppose the spirit and the 'counter-spirit' has an eternal present. At birth both are weak and depending on Fate they gain power, balance or imbalance. So Good and Evil is always present in our mortal existence. Just like in the song 'Hi Ren'.
Well, you got me with your intro…now to listen to Ren and your reaction!
I think "Dark Ren" actually reveals himself as the devil himself, battling for Rens life. Then the "Good Ren" reveals himself as God fighting back, and beating down, the devil.
You are absolutely wonderful
Great Reaction. Lucky you, you still have the rest of Ren's catalogue to look at for the first time, might end up like me watching and anjoying the reactons of others to what I regard as art that touches the soul.
Thank you for the awesome reaction! I hope you do more Ren reactions :)
Sasha-Lee, you are obviously very smart! Your reaction and analysis of Ren - Hi Ren was spot on. You realized Ren's vulnerability in making this video. Ren is doing what he loves to do, making music, it is shown in this music video and many others. Rob lists a few in his comments! Thank you for your reaction. Looking forward to the next one.
Nice reaction. Very thoughtful.
This was a wonderful reaction to an amazing song.
When I first saw this, I thought that I wouldn't really listen to it very often.
I have now seen this over 100 times.
You have just started down the Ren path.
Welcome in. He is amazing and ALL of his music is just stellar.
I enjoyed this alot and subbed right away.
I don’t know if I’ve seen it 100 times but probably close and its amazing that’s all I can say
You amazing creature
Welcome to the Ren rabbit hole 😁👍 No song disappoints and his lyrics are awesome. Rap, rock and reggae influences he's a genius.
This was four live takes with the fourth being this masterpiece. Samuel Perry-Falvey filmed it and close-ups added.
Every song different and hits in so many different ways. Been watching reactors since January and his band The Big Push all great musicians, singers and writers.
Great reaction!!
You nailed it
Sharp reaction. Thanks. And, yes, the guy's a genius. As for the psychology of it, Ren is appealing to the need for us to integrate ourselves, no matter how hard it is to do so, we need to live with the doubting voice, which advises caution, but, also, to address its more extreme expression with a firm, 'thanks, but no thanks' response, because we choose the positive: Love, Mercy and Hope
Soo good! Excellent reaction too.
Genesis is a great song of his, his rapping skills are crazy 😊
Ren is different.... he's that guy!
💯❤❤❤
Lesson learned: when it comes to doctors - 3rd opinions matter. Music from the heart is clearly distinguishable from lyrics tossed together by a ghost writer for an artist to sing. It’s either your music or it isn’t and it’s obvious.
This was awesome. Subscribed!
Hi EarthyBlendPOV, thank you for tuning in and subscribing... I really appreciate it! 🙂🙏🏻
Well done. I can tell you are an intelligent person. The only thing I can think of you missed is that the video was done live and in one take. Most of Rens videos are done live and in one take. BTW, Thank you.
You should check Sick Boi by Ren! Great reaction! 😃
Great reaction, thanks!!! Please do more Ren!! Start with the tales (as mentioned above) and go from there.. you can’t go wrong, and you will not be disappointed
Great reaction in you're second language, I've subbed you. x

We have the potential for the divine and for sin within us freewill gives us the power to choose. The Devil is "The Accuser" not just before God, for as long as you have consciousness, day & night it accuses your light.
hello again, dear. i think the ren 'bug' bit you today! if you do more ren reactions (large catalog), i'll be here. enjoy!! much love, kathleen - bts renegade edit: ren videos to check out: 'why my woman', 'ready for you', 'murderer'. shout out to your uncle! love, k
Plan B, Eminem rapping is not playing the guitar with the same or faster flo, The boy broke the system, Few people have the balls to post something like this
Trying to follow the closed captions is screwing you up because they're incorrect, it distracts from the video trying to follow the closed captions, pay attention to him and his lyrics spoken
Great reaction and a new sub. I would wholeheartedly thank your uncle for introducing you to an amazing artist. Welcome to the Ren Rollercoaster. Buckle up tight. It's a wild ride!!
Great reaction and thoughts on this song!
I also enjoy your voice and cadence of speaking .. have you considered doing ASMR?
Hi Genstonewall! Thank you for tuning in, I really appreciate it 🙂
I've actually done two ASMR video's in the past, but deleted them as I felt they weren't good enough... But I do plan on doing ASMR videos again, hopefully the sound quality should be better this time around. I do rap as well, if that's something you'd be interested in listening to. Thanks for the lovely comment once again! 🤗
react to ren the hunger or chalk outlines...please react to one of them thank u
Wow! I'm so happy this was in my recommended. You gave a wonderful reaction. Keep up the hard work! Liked and Subscribed! 👍
I would love to see reactions to Tom Macdonald. Perhaps "Ghost" and "End of the World"?
🙂
Nice reaction! A couple of suggestions, if you're interested in more Ren: The Tale of Jenny, Screech, and Violet (More excellent story telling); "The Hunger" and "Genesis" (Rap)
If you’re leaving the captions on, just know a lot of the words are wrong. Also reading the lyrics before he says them takes away from the experience
never see the movie fight club?? it's the same in music
Sasha
You referenced Shakespeare.
.
Ren categorised this style as
"BARDCORE"! (Well spotted!?)
.
You missed one line in the "hope" section (just as you stopped to comment) so it's worth another listen, if you haven't already.
.
Also you cut off a few seconds early.
Watch to the end and pay attention to the last look at the camera.
I think they left that in on purpose.
The demons are still there (imo)
11:00 He says 'I am you Ren' not 'I am your friend', the subtitles suck rock ;)..better seen without it's distracting
Hi Quinto, thank you for tuning in! 🙂
"I am you Ren" is exactly what I heard when listening to him and it makes perfect sense for him to say "I am you Ren"... But the subtitles obviously fooled me that's why I said "I am your friend" because I was kind of confused lol... I was thinking out loud when I said it 😆🙈
@@Sasha-LeeSampson He makes a slight "F" sound when he says Ren but there is no D sound to finish it off to be "friend"
I hear it as "Fren"
@@Sasha-LeeSampson Not your fault, you're great, thanks! I hope you'll do more Ren
Sadly, the captioning isn't quite correct. Listen intently multiple times without the words shown to experience this story to it's fullest :)
