The only concern I have about going to grass field is considering how the weather gets is how badly will the field get torn up, especially late season? I just worry about the field becoming sloppy & unplayable with terrible traction. Which is not what you want with a fast & explosive offense.
Does the piping have to be deeper in the ground compared to other new builds? Due to the extreme cold temps?

Gona be a shame when a good portion of the season ticket base is priced out with PSL seat structures. With improvement always comes some downsides, the crowd that will replace them are never as invested either, oh well to anyone wanting to have unique NFL experience I suggest seeing a Bills game before they tear down one of the last remaining metal bleacher dump stadiums of the 60-70's.
You’re not lying I’ve been a season ticket holder for 10 years and after the 25/26 season I won’t have season tickets at the new stadium 10k a person for just the PSL’s plus a 40% increase for season tickets is ridiculous I’ll go to a few games per year at the new stadium then I’ll spend some money and go to some away games like Miami LA etc Buffalo is charging fans Vegas LA type prices for seats at the new stadium which isn’t realistic

@@md1028 the falcons are the only team to build a new stadium and keep the same fan base they made all the normal seats only 800 a PSL then pay for szn tickets obviously on top of it which is expected the only ppl that had to pay 25k or more for PSL’s was the ppl who bought the box suites at Mercedes Benz stadium that’s what the bills should of done but oh well when they realize they don’t have the diehard loyal fans in stands anymore come 2026 because they price them out of the new stadium maybe they’ll lower the prices the 49ers did the same thing to their fans when candlestick Park closed and they moved Levi’s unfortunately in 20 years from now when basically every team will have a new stadium no team will have the diehard fans in the stands
