sorry I didn't read your full questions. Yes you have to switch grip when switching from forehand to backhand. A double backhand, I'm pretty sure is semi-western left and continental right. A normal forehand could be eastern or semi-western. Obviously, when switching to forehand to backhand, you would adjust from say, semi-western to continental.
Should be semi-western (left handed forehand grip) for your left hand and continental (right handed volley/serve grip) for your right hand. You can probably google this too.
Some people say that the grip Djokovic using is "Full Western" and the other say it is "(Normal) Western". I don't understand how to differently grip respectively.
how big are these pro's hands? but both hands can still fit into the grip on a 2-handed BH. I can't seem to fit mine when im just 5'11. Novak is like 6'1? Are pro's tennis racket handles longer?
Yes, actually a lot of pros use longer racquet handles; but because companys are trying to sell racquets they do not advertise how they make slightly longer racquets for the pros that they custom make racquets for
Hi Ian i have a question for you.. I just started playing tennis! I'm right handed with 2 handed BH. My question is, When I'm returning on my BH side, which grip should i use with my right hand? Should i use the FH grip (right hand) along with BH grip (left hand)? Or should i change my right hand from FH grip to a BH grip? The same goes during the rallies, which grip should i use for my right hand on the BH side? Ive searched this on youtube but never find something for this issue! THANK YOU!
Nole is the perfectly engineered athlete!
LOOOVE the long videos :D cant wait for one with nadal. Also a long video with regular speed would rock too!

Djokovic definatly uses a grip much closer to semi western if not semi western. For his backhand he uses continental on his right hand.
+TDR Mills obviously Forehand: Western, Backhand: Continental as The Serve
Thanks!
Grande novak

the recovery is ridiculous....

You must have some big paws! No, pro frames don't have extended handles....at least not most of them.

Thank you man
