I’m fascinated by this person’s principles and beliefs. I was personally struggling with these thoughts and felling thinking all the time that it was my own and was real me… I was suffering and thinking that I was foul and mad or that I was really being to be and that I was is question of time
With good willingness and perseverance we can succeed to do it but it’s long way and hard one. I’m personally perusing medication to overcome this pathology but I believe that it’s not sufficient to go over and to eradicate the disease…..
You are striving all your life to separate your self from these thoughts but most of the time thoughts are overwhelming your soul and taking control of yourself in a an extent that nothing is prevailing than dealing with these thoughts
Medication helps but should be hand in hand with change behavior therapy that can lead to reshape the brain response toward these urges and inconfortable thoughts

Thoughts are likely to spouse your own as part of your identity and are very different to overcome as they are sticking your personality

But down the road and with 15 years suffering with OCD I’m talking about thoughts habits which is more difficult to manage than behavior habits
