Twist Ubud, Ubud: Smoky, Flavorful, Innovative Take on Satay Babi in Bali, Indonesia (Feb 13, 2023)

I was looking to try Sate Babi in Ubud, Bali.
My friend, KM, recommended me to Twist restaurant. Twist is known for its innovative take on traditional Indonesian cuisine.
I liked Twist's version of Sate Babi. Their pork was tender and juicy, with a flavorful marinade that perfectly balances sweet and savory. Their peanut sauce was also well-done - it was rich and creamy, with a slightly spicy kick. I especially liked that the peanut sauce was not too sweet.

No buddy, I didn’t try the cheesecake. I was too full from the rice and sate Babi. But thank you for the recommendation, the food was really good!
