    Shittiest food ever, just recently visited Malaysia and was in Penang for 2 days. I am North Indian and went for this place as google shows this as best reviewed Indian restaurant. Came to know they bought those reviews. Had Dal Makhni and Butter Chicken with Garlic Naan and everything was shit. Ordered Mango lassi as well which was made using artificial flavour not a real fucking mango. I think Michelin people haven't got good taste buds because this place isn't worthy of one. The reviews gave me hope of decent enough food but shit this is place is far from even decent food

      Thank you very much for the comments, WanderEats. I found out about this stall through a Thai UA-camr. Not many tourists know about Guay Tiew Zaew. @@vonmeetsworld yeah I stayed in Chinatown the last Dec trip (haven't finish editing all the videos yet.. lol). It's definitely convenient there but can be chaotic as well especially over the weekend but it sure is convenient with transport and getting around plus a lot of food.

    • @vonmeetsworld
      @vonmeetsworld 3 місяці тому

      @WanderEats, I agree - most of Bangkok is chaotic during weekends due to the influx of tourists and day-trippers; the weekdays are when the ‘soul’ of Thai culture and cuisine emerges and the city becomes more pleasant…

    • @vonmeetsworld
      @vonmeetsworld 4 місяці тому

      Hi WanderEats, thanks for your feedback. Yes, Phayao is off the beaten track in Northern Thailand but worth a detour. I use two cameras - DJI Pocket 2 and Sony ZV-1. Nowadays, I am relying more on the Sony ZV 1 as my DJI has started to tilt due to “motor issues”. For video editing, I just use the Apple’s free software, iMovie.

    • @WanderEats
      @WanderEats 4 місяці тому

      @@vonmeetsworld awesome.. I upgraded from Pocket 2 to Pocket 3 and am loving it especially with the product focus feature which is similar to ZV-1 which I owned previously too. I wanted to travel light and have good audio so I am now settled on my Action 4 + Pocket 3 combo.

    • @vonmeetsworld
      @vonmeetsworld 4 місяці тому

      @WanderEats , that sounds wonderful! I think I’ll retire my Pocket 2 when the tilt angle becomes worse. I don’t think I’ll upgrade to Pocket 3 as I am not sure if the tilt problem may come back again in Pocket 3. I may just depend on Sony ZV-1, for the time being.
