Hi Jason, you are doing great work here! I am using an XT-3 for interior work very often and I always switch between AE bracket and single shot using the drive dial. I am thinking of upgrading to an XH2 but am concerned about its impact on my workflow. I went through the official manual and discover you cannot assign any function buttons to jump straight into AE BKT mode. So, how cumbersome it is to switch between the 2 modes on that camera? Do you know of any workarounds to assign any button(hard or soft) to AE BKT? Thank you!
I am not aware of any workarounds but in general I find it fairly easy switching between modes on the X-H2. All the different modes are accessed via the drive button and you just navigate with the joystick button. It's easy to do either with the LCD or whilst looking through the viewfinder. As I recall, on the XT series you needed to assign the bracket type through the menu then turn the dial to bracketing, I think the X-H2 is easier in this respect.
Which bracketing modes do you regularly use?
Accurately focused and useful video. Thank your for sharing Jason.
Your welcome, I am glad it was useful
Hi Jason, could You, please, tell, how much fps max. can you set in manual focus bracketing mode? In case with mechanical or e-shutter? Thanks
