the reason why the Mile high club tower was never finished is because in a side mission you do for Lester as Franklin in story mode, you assassinate the Head architect, and NPCs mention the difficult time the tower is having during construction, so with the death of several workers and the architect, it makes sense it was never finished.

I'm not sure because the character seem to be able to talk on his own. Like, in some cutscenes you can see the character getting ready to speak but he gets interrupted by an another character before he does.
The "calls of death" refer to not being able to do much (for example: defend yourself) until you are able to click away the call, which is bad in high stakes situations, like in a firefight. I have also found that you can sometimes not exist a vehicle when being called, leading to at least one death by explosion.

I actually got banned back in the day because a modder trapped me and the rest of the lobby in a cage and started dropping money, I got like 300k before joining a new lobby, but moments later I got banned.... I did eventually get my account back, but it took them like almost a year to "Review my Account" I tried contacting them 3 times, and i was actually able to get talking to a real person, the first time they said they would review my account within 2 months, I contacted them again a few months later, but they had no record of my case so they said they would do it again, another 2 months and again I contacted them and same story, but again they said they would put my account up for review. I finally lost hope that time, but 2ish months later I got an e-mail saying my account was FINNALLLLYYY unbanned, except it was also completely reset from level 180ish..... Thx R*... I guess....

My brother had a modder join him in PS3 and he upgraded his rank and gave him a lot of money, then another one came and degraded his rank, eventually he ranked up and still has the money though
I have a theory on that Diamond Casino bribes police thing. You know when you enter the casino while being wanted, the wanted level disappear? My theory is that the casino bribes the LSPD to stop chasing the player to avoid scaring their customers and potentially damaging their reputation.
The casino bribing the police; It’s mentioned in one of the ways you do the heist but Lester says the cops get to the casino way faster when it’s there money inside, or something along those lines. It’s not that hard to think about there’s a cop shop literally across the street
Another thing for Lester being LJT is that when you buy the master control terminal for your arcade, when Lester is giving the tutorial on how to use it he says “you can run jobs for the LJT guy... whoever he is” or something like that. When I first heard this I just thought it was Rockstar poking fun at how often he calls you
10:02 if a player disconnect or lagged out, his character remains in our session & become npc. We can jump on him & make him fall. Then we can hear he talk like every other npc.
"North", if this is a reference to the North icon on the map, is actually a reachable point, when using mods and its about 65km out of San Andreas. Going even further out to about 80 to 85ikm, will make your camera eventually stop following you.
A while ago you could do this without mod menu, since there was a glitch that allowed the Toreador fly limitless using its turbo. Now that glitch it's patched. I managed to go like 200 km away from LS with that glitch
@@alainhamoun4176 I just realized I see this everytime I play the heist because I always use a glitch to finish it quicker. I just never really thought about it but now that you said it, thats kinda weird.
I think the exploding clouds could be what you hear in GTA story mode when you're in your house and you hear an explosion near by. For anybody that doesn't know, the random explosions outside your house in story mode are planes crashing because the npc flying it despawned which can be a regular occourence in both GTA story mode and online so there might be a possibility that it's the same thing. I've had some expierience with this like sometimes in story mode I'll play and go to a garage and then a car door will open or close without anything actually interacting with it. This can be the dame for GTA online because I'm sure everyone reading this has seen an npc car spawn out of nowhere
those explosions are pilots from commercial airplanes that despawn when they get too close to you due to a glitch, causing the plane to crash. so it wouldnt really be exploding clouds, as its nowhere near the clouds
There’s also a mission from the terrabyte where you use drones to get inside the life invader building and Paige points out the players that security has been tighter ever since the CEO’s death from story mode
@@Samgoatfisher GTA online takes place before and after story mode depending on which mission you're doing. For example, the original 5 heist in online take place before story mode. Casino heist takes place after story mode.

The less said about my old pals, the better."
I love how the explanations for myths are somehow weirder that’s the myths themselves, like that’s not a swamp monster it’s just a deer with the skeleton of a soldier doing push ups.
Actually, every creature breaks when it comes to emotes or entering vehicles. Why do you think we never see AI with any pets in their vehicle. Chop seems to be the only one that breaks this rule, but that’s probably because he is a main/side character and probably has certain scripts that are attached to him.
Also during the prep or finale of one of the LS tuners heists KDJ mentions the time when someone hit the pacific standard bank and even robbed the casino
It makes even less sense when you see that the only thing that really gets Trevor mad when the people raid his trailer in the missions is that his Impotent Rage statue that he cries with after Series A is destroyed.

that can actually happen guaranteed. in a flight school mission where you fly through shit weather, you're in a titan and you get hit by lightning and have to redirect to the beach.
Cliffford was recovered by the Duggans and used him to control the gas/oil prices in the criminal enterprises update. What if the suicidal drivers are actually the NPC AI evolving? Think about all the NPCs you have carjacked and/or killed. They “wake up” in a hospital get a new car and see you on the other side of the road again & again. Eventually they just snap.
theres another theory that im pretty sure was confirmed by an ex rockstar employee (though dont quote me on that) that the suicidal drivers are to prevent loading screens. If the driver hits you and slows you down it means that the game has time to load the next area before you get there. Otherwise you would hit a loading screen this way rockstar can continue to claim GTA online has no loading screens other than the initial one

I’m pretty sure the “Casino bribes police” thing is referring to the possibility that the Duggans have paid off the LSPD to respond as fast as possible when you rob the Diamond Casino Heist. Lester has a voice line about this during the heist.
ok I guess I'm just gonna make bullet points * The Mile High Club is a location for Cayo Perico setup missions, it's never going to be completed. * Impossible Interiors refers to the fact that certain missions transport your character to a totally different location than the building you're supposed to be in. For instance, the weapons sourcing office setup of Cayo Perico has blinds covering the windows because if you could see out of them you'd see a completely different exterior to the building. * Calls of Death refers to the suspicious tendency of some characters (in particular, Simeon, Byrony, Lester and Martin) to call when you're doing something dangerous like freefalling close to the ground and about to open your parachute. * The Exclusion Zone hypothesis is explicitly disproven: Cayo Perico is in the Caribbean and characters like DJs and celebrities show up in LS without being upset about being sent to Escape From New York. * The Baphomet thing is a bug in the real life matrix, not GTA's. Pareidolia is the tendency for incorrect perception of a stimulus as a pattern, object or meaning. It's why you see faces in clouds. * Some Mod menus actually crash your game if you try to report the modder.
but the mile high club is a possible set up location for the torch it could spawn in other buildings they could simply remove the mile high club from where the torch can spawn and they can finish it
women as a afterthought probably references how they always look like melted male players with fake boobs instead of normal, its really hard to do well with it
All interiors are under the noose building. You are never inside any of the interiors except for maybe the ones with windows, or they just used the same technology as portal
The exploding cloud is likely referring to what happens when you call a specific number in-game and a small black cloud appears above your head and explodes
Also theres a secret i found today. In a mission, where you get the pilot for cayo perico where you must kill the loan sharks, there are oranges, if you shoot the oranges, it shoots blood out of it (Similar blood to the blood house you showed on the twilight zone)
About the GTA tsunami proofs, when you go to the barber shop near trevor's house, and look around, you'll see there's a picture frame taken from the vinewood sign while capturing a massive tsunami behind the city of Los Santos.
Tbf all iceberg videos are pretty creepy. It's all normal at the top but when you reach the lower sections for some reason they make it more terrifying than it needs to be😂😂
Rockstar missed out on an expanded easter egg with that 8-run killer thing. "Four called mom" should have been "Four under floor", and the player could find the first 4 bodies under a floor somewhere.
4:21 “and try to bash you off the road for no reason” No, you’re moving too fast for the map to load properly, so the game uses these “suicidal” drivers to slow you down
This is how i still enjoy gta online in 2021 on pc: join an invite only session with my gf and a couple friends, do missions, races, play black jack at the casino, do the cayo perico heist solo, do other heists and shit it is so fun tbh
"Lock on reveals true threat" is a reference to vehicles with lock-on missiles sometimes locking on to random traffic cars. If I remember correctly, during one of the Deluxo missions in the Doomsday Heist, they'll lock on to a random BF Surfer that's scripted to drive by.
Very good👏 I use the "threats only" targeting priority, I am constantly locking onto random unmarked or personal looking npc helicopters, cars and trucks. I always try to follow them until I get bored.
I literally had the same happen to me today, but I was going to my new coke farm to set it up and it drove by and my Sparrow locked onto it? Weird stuff. Oh, it wasn't a BF Surfer, but a BF Injection instead.
Probably those NPCs are not fleeing if you're attacking them. Eg mostly around the Alamo Sea where the people use guns against you if you're insulted them. Try to point a gun from your car at a tractor driver! :)
The Tax Evasion entry referred to a trick you can use in Online. Every 48 minutes or one ingame day you pay property fees. If you switch sessions before that timer expires you reset it and you don't lose money, affectively evading taxes.

@@uninspiringspoon9578 here's my theory about the npcs around los santos and blaine county, san andreas for them would be like a holiday of sorts, the government would hide as much info about the mentally deranged people going around killing others (aka the players). the npcs could be promised a beautiful paradise when in reality it's just a matter of how long you can survive someone flying a b11 strikeforce or something like that. all social media posts exposing the players and proving that san andreas is hell on earth would be removed within an instant so that people continue to fly in to the city so it looks like an actual city and not just an extremely large prison for the player. with this constant stream of people flying into los santos, it would keep the players in the dark about what was really happening. i don't have a theory on the npcs flying *out* of san andreas but this is my theory about them flying *into* los santos
@@uninspiringspoon9578 personally i have never been arrested in online so i'm fairly certain its not possible, however Trever, Franklin and Michael can be. i think they are considered normal citizens (aka the npcs) which is why they can go to jail, as for the lspd and prison it's probably there to give off the illusion that it's a real city and not some oversized prison. if you went to a random island where you could buy jets, tanks and even orbital cannons but there was no lspd in sight you'd be sceptical wouldn't you? the prison and lspd are there to enforce law on the npcs and the player when deemed necessary so that the player is, again, kept in the dark about what's really happening.
I would like to also add something: The tsunami theory is apparent when the radio host on radio los Santos says: " I'm buying a house on top of mount chilliad, because soon that's gonna be beach front property".
"Lock-on reveals true threat": there are random enemies in the desert areas (usually standing or sitting outside their homes) who you can lock onto with aircraft rockets

You can even get killed or kill players while in passive mode and you cannot even get banned here
I disagree with the calls of death. They most likely mean, when you get a phone call while being attacked you can't defend yourself anymore, can't run, can't jump, can't cover and most likely die. The one that happened the most to me, is the one from Agathe Baker in one of the casino missions where you meet Mr. Dugan with Mr. Cheng on the whine hill.
What if when you're loading in the clouds, It would actually be on of the ufo's observing a playable character from above. Given the grainy camera filter, and that one of the ufo's has a set of cameras below it.

Tbh man, dont worry about the Iceberg "Trend" being dead, cause before being a trend, it is and will always be one of the best source of info about a specific game, book, movie etc.
“North???” Is about how nobody knows which way north is. The top of the map isn’t north like other games. If you go in the submarine for example, when you use the periscope and go to 0 0 it doesn’t face towards the top of the map.
why would anyone think they can travel to the dot, its a direction not a destination. in games, the location of all objects is coordinate based and relative to 0. the direction of North is a check for your + or - orientations along the x, y axis. if you wanted to find north in a game, the map would have to be a sphere, and it would need to simulate electromagnetic fields
Pretty sure the "North" entry that you couldn't explain is the fact that you can visit the North "N" on the minimap. Nothing there, though. Just ocean. Makes the "N" pull toward the center of the Minimap instead of the edge.
"Lock-on reveals true threat" could reference vehicles with homing missiles registering hidden enemies and unmarked police (especially on the special cargo source missions).
There are also a handful of non-hostile NPC pedestrians that the Oppressor targets... I've spent enough time following them that I've decided they aren't a physical threat. I like to think that they are undercover cops or a competing criminal enterprise.
I remember when the Romero Hearse was virtually no where in online. I server hopped for an hour one night until finally getting a spawn at the funeral home. People used to be so impressed by that car. I was devastated when they added it to the store.
Im pretty sure the "Seizure Skies" submission meant when you look at the skies and it just shifts/teleports instant of moving. its very rare to happening so its probably why its deep down in the iceberg
fun fact, when creating your character, there are 2 very funny options for your dad. One is a man named John that looks exactly like John Marston from Red Dead Redemption 1 and 2, and the other is very clearly Niko from GTA IV (he is even named Niko)
It's a glitch that's been around since the PS4/XB1 release. Supposedly, the planes either spawn with pilots missing, or their pathing is completely broken, so they spawn in with pilots but the pilots don't correctly load the logic for flying them. In both cases, the planes drop into the ground like flies. On the original PS3/XB360 release, there were no random airliners flying overhead, so this never occurred there.
7:56 this is probably a reference to the Diamond casino heist where Lester says something like: 911 arrives fast when the person on the other end is a billionaire, basically hinting that the casino pays the Police to put special priority on them
Crazy thing is that Lester even said "ever heard of the 3 men inside an elevator?". This is when Michael, Trevor and a worker in the union depository is inside an elevator. You can hear this in the casino heist when going for gruppe sechs approach and using the elevator.
22:40 about reporting modders, that is actually true. I’ve reported a modder and in couple of seconds he replied „you f*ker you think i dont see this?”
I think "They Know Where You Live" is talking about Rockstar. Its been well documented that they send private investigators to peoples houses and "politely" ask them to stop making mods. I'm not talking about the online hackers either, the people who make genuine mods to enhance the game or add stuff.
The grave on the mountain near the lighthouse belongs to a family member of a woman called Ursula. She is a random hitchhiker you can pick up in story mode. She will insinuate to the player that she killed some of her family members when she was younger.
The exploding clouds thing is simply players exploding something near where your going to spawn. It’s similar to voice chat and how you can hear people talk before you actually spawn.

I'm unsure if my Radio was on every time or not, but I've heard these weird noises that sound like some weird morse code transmissions or something, some sort of signal being sent, the vehicles picking it up. I know it's GTA V specifically, because I've never heard the noise anywhere else, and it's only been whenever I was driving a vehicle
even though this comment is a year old, im pretty sure i know what youre talking about in GTA theres a feature/possible bug where if you drive under bridges/and or in tunnels, story mode or not, your radio will begin to make weird sounds as a result of slightly losing connections to stations and so on that sounds like a high pitched repeated morse code-esque rhythmic clicking
It also sometimes happens when you get kicked out of a lobby or lose your internet connection while being inside an aircraft, you hear the explosion quite loud, as if your unconcious Past-Character falls out of the sky
“Exploding clouds” is just the explosions from players in the lobby you’re joining. The game registers deaths and explosion sounds when you’re almost in a session.

Personally, I can absolutely see Cliffford making a return. My personal concept for how this could be done is the following. Mainly just as food for thought. - Player must have completed the Doomsday Heist and Cayo Perico Heist - The player receives a call from Agent 14, asking them to meet him and Lester at the facility. - Going to the facility's planning room, Agent 14 debriefs the situation. He states that Cliffford is still very much active and that his team has been trying to find out where he could be (also explaining why there are still remnants of Cliffford's army that you fight during the Casino heist preps). Agent 14 states that Bogdan is needed to help with this, but there's been no word of him since the Doomsday Heist. The cutscene ends with the Online Character leaving the room after the briefing, seemingly about to make a call (offscreen, of course). - The player needs to go to the Kosatka to meetup with Pavel and start the initial setup mission (meaning that the character debriefed Pavel offscreen about the ordeal). - Pavel agrees to help with finding Bogdan (it's not too out there to assume the two already know each other). During this, a distress signal is picked up by the Kosatka. Conveniently, Bogdan was already on the way back to LS and was attacked by Ciffford mercs. The mission has you taking the Kosatka to the scene and rescuing Bogdan, perhaps you could engage in some sort of naval battle and you have to destroy another Kosatka that's manned by the mercs. - After a small reunion with Pavel, Bogdan and the Online Character meet up with Agent 14 and Lester to discuss how to go about dealing with Cliffford. - This would pretty much be the main setup for the "Cliffford Heist" as I'll call it. Being another dynamic heist similar to the Casino Heist and Cayo Perico, but designed to be as varied as possible. Different approaches will require different people you'd be allied with to provide equipment for the heist (similar to the Casino Heist) with more of these allies you get depending on what you've completed in the past. It could also be an excuse to bring back past Online characters (I.E. Vincent, Rashkovsky, Tony, Sacha, etc.). Each heist would be different and heavily encourages you to constantly switch up tactics for each (as using the same assests will either be prohibited or make the heist harder).
It would also be the only ever mission where your character is actually included in the story and the setup strategy rather than being that dumb mute brute that gets dispatched to do other character's dirty work

* The Mile High Club is a location for Cayo Perico setup missions, it's never going to be completed.
* Some Mod menus actually crash your game if you try to report the modder.

why would anyone think they can travel to the dot, its a direction not a destination. in games, the location of all objects is coordinate based and relative to 0. the direction of North is a check for your + or - orientations along the x, y axis. if you wanted to find north in a game, the map would have to be a sphere, and it would need to simulate electromagnetic fields
@@sherbershlemel6937 this was more common in the gta 3 era and vice city because it was new for most gta players mistaking it for a mission icon
@@seanbrackett2 Yeah especially if you are from non-english country, many have mistaken it as a mission icon.

It's definitely this
There are also a handful of non-hostile NPC pedestrians that the Oppressor targets... I've spent enough time following them that I've decided they aren't a physical threat. I like to think that they are undercover cops or a competing criminal enterprise.

i remember in story mode where you play as Micheal and walk outside the house and an airplane would fall near you.
Same
It's a glitch that's been around since the PS4/XB1 release.
Still happens
I’m pretty sure the “panic in the woods” is also a reference to the game “Slender Man” as he lurks in the woods at night waiting for victims. This would also explain the static vision and the buzzing. My thought on it tho.
I have a feeling the gta character has minor skitsofrenia (can’t spell that) or was put in by rockstar to tease because most players don’t go beyond the city and are afraid of being lonely

19:54 It could be referring to something else, I've heard these weird noises while driving in GTA Online, sometimes in Story Mode too I think. I'm unsure if my Radio was on every time or not, but I've heard these weird noises that sound like some weird morse code transmissions or something, some sort of signal being sent, the vehicles picking it up. I know it's GTA V specifically, because I've never heard the noise anywhere else, and it's only been whenever I was driving a vehicle
even though this comment is a year old, im pretty sure i know what youre talking about
in GTA theres a feature/possible bug where if you drive under bridges/and or in tunnels, story mode or not, your radio will begin to make weird sounds as a result of slightly losing connections to stations and so on that sounds like a high pitched repeated morse code-esque rhythmic clicking
23:35 those explosions can also be heard in story mode. It's often just NPC cars spawning on each other, or npc aircraft hitting a building.
It also sometimes happens when you get kicked out of a lobby or lose your internet connection while being inside an aircraft, you hear the explosion quite loud, as if your unconcious Past-Character falls out of the sky

For the one at 7:40, I frickin love that it became a meme, and it seemed like Rockstar knew because I think during the heist, you can find a poster in the casino that says something like "Please help contribute money for Felipe's medical expenses" so my friend and I always made sure to chase Felipe down everytime lol

Gta online -----> Gta Story Mode -----> Gta Online post doomsday
Chronological order
Should be: Online -> Story Mode -> Online since Lowriders (or Freemode Events Update
)
Thing is, that if you visit the house which Michael wrecked in Story Mode, you can see that it's still under construction, so I think that GTA5 and GTA Online happens almost at the same time.
@@alfy01 I know, that's why gta online was pre story mode, but rockstar just went ahead and made it past story mode, example is Jimmy at the arcade
What about that weird one time cutscene with Kraff after your first death in online
That's the epsilon program I believe
I never got that and didn't it and I had no clue it existed till I was somewhere in level 100
my pc is really bad and going into online without any clue about it was a big mistake as i had 0 fps most of the time except 2 second bursts of pictures and of course i got killed by someone
i then had the cutscene and got weirded tf out and on top of all that the cutscene practically saved me and then killed me when it ended
I think I remember getting that 🤔. I didn't get it on PS3 online but I think I did on Xbox One online.
100% is on Ps3 and 360 as well, and its Cris Formage, not Kraff. Kraff is the alien that the epsilonists hate, and the people with birthmarks are decendants of Kraff: Princess IKZ and Francis Sinclair
12:31 “North” likely refers too the fact that you can get to the north icon that appears on the mini map if you go far enough
When a gta online player leaves the session their character will turn into an NPC and have a really voice only making sound of being injured
Personally, I can absolutely see Cliffford making a return. My personal concept for how this could be done is the following. Mainly just as food for thought.
- Player must have completed the Doomsday Heist and Cayo Perico Heist
- The player receives a call from Agent 14, asking them to meet him and Lester at the facility.
Wow that seems like a good heist u should submit it to rockstar
@@EmberWolfGaming It's a very rough concept, but maybe I could
