Hi Great job! Why do you say that AP disengages if Pilot sets thrust above MCT or idle thrust? Thrust settings do not effluent to AP engagement or disengagement. If you set Thrust to idle, the A/T disengages.
If you land the plane with auto pilot on (autoland) but decide to go around after touchdown, the AP will knock off and you'll have to re-engage it or fly manually.
Excellent work bro. Just subscribed u. Have always been a Boeing capt since a decade. N now suddenly a380 pilot is too confusing with regards to fms n afs. But after watching ur videos am actually understanding basic fma which r almost similar to 380. Also saw the afs cp video which is also great. stay blessed 😇
FCOM has the performance section, where in depth information is given about almost everything that is needed to know, just that it is little tough to comprehend that detail.
+ankita dhanawade Both RWY and RWY TRK mode are for providing lateral guidance during take off roll and beyond. RWY is from Take off roll to 30 ft RA. RWY TRK engages after 30 ft RA. RWY uses LOC signal to give departure guidance using the yaw bar. If the LOC signal is lost during the T/O roll a memorized track will be flown. RWY TRK will not become active if NAV is already engaged before take off.

Are these things related to a320 we learn in type rating or is the partial thing done earlier
A320 is so vast that it takes years together to understand the aircraft so everything seems partial only.
Sir why it's told not to disconnect the AP from FCU and instead from instinctive pb on the sidestick

Thank you!
Hii capt., What is the reason for disconnecting FDs immediately after disconnecting the APs?
In what context?
@@poh in case of emergency , such as engine failure .
No you never disconnect FDs. Why would you? Should not.
@@poh Okay, thanks for clarifying.
Great vides bro.. really helpful. thanks!
Welcome! :)
Hey brother.. It's probably too late but can u please tell me where should one study for the performance part for the written exam of Indigo.

Thanks sir

+Raj shah Thank you!
Can you help me with difference between RWY mode and RWY track mode please..
