Yum! I cannot wait to make this!! Going to use chickpea rice to add some protein. My family loves it! Especially when cooked in vegetable broth. 😊... Update... I make this every month! It's just a staple in my family now 😁 you can make a huge batch and eat leftovers for a couple days it's fantastic!!
Pro ..your funny! I'm just a mom who tries everyday possible to sneak healthy alternatives in lol...shhhhh I just don't tell the fam what they are eating!😆 btw.. Made the vegetable stir fried yesterday and it was a hit! Thank you!! Happy 4th!
Great recipe and like the technique demo. You did refer to it as a "vegetarian" dish, but you used chicken stock, so a little slip up there. Obviously you could use vegetable broth.
@@cookingwithcoit thank you, I did make your air fryer fajitas. That is my and my husband’s favorite air fryer recipe so far. We are new air fryer users. That fajita recipe is the best I’ve ever eaten. Many thanks.

Thanks! Yes those pans are hexclad, one of my favorite pans!
I can't wait to try this, thank you !
You’re welcome! Hope you like this recipe!
Nice and healthy.. olive oil is not recommended for such stir fry recipes because of its low smoking point. You should use sesame oil.
Thanks for your input!

Delivious chef cuisine.
Looks so good !
"Stir fried" vegetable would be a better example of an adjective since it describes the noun "vegetable". Recipe looks delicious.
Thank you!

Hi Coit, could you do this recipe in an air fryer?
Hi- I don’t exactly but I do have a recipe for air fryer fajitas. cookingwithcoit.com/air-fryer-chicken-fajitas/
@@cookingwithcoit thank you, I did make your air fryer fajitas. That is my and my husband’s favorite air fryer recipe so far. We are new air fryer users. That fajita recipe is the best I’ve ever eaten. Many thanks.
A splash of Chinese cooking wine, and add an aromatic like minced ginger to the heated pan.
Vegetarian meal when you used chicken broth?
Show me where it says vegetarian
If you just used Vegetable Broth instead of Chicken Broth it would also be vegetarian and vegan.
Pennes with vegetable stir fry
It's looking good ,
I would like to tasting ,
But I didn't understand that you make a vegetable dish but you use chicken stock, who will eat vegetarian
Awfully sorry but chicken broth isn’t vegetarian.
Doesn’t call it “vegetarian”
Says “vegetable stir fry”
There are popular vegan options for stock. I discovered Totole brand granules in Asian markets. It's great and commonly used.
