Hi Shai, 1. Hair doesn't need layering like skin but if you are using multiple styling products, use them lightest to heaviest - so anything like detangling spray or water based leave in conditioner, followed by any gel/mousse products and lastly oils/serums. 2. Oh I love Bobbi Brown products! Vitamin Enriched Face Base, eyeshadow sticks, pot rouge and Smokey eye mascara are a few of my favourites!
