Don't purchase motovolt any kind of cycle and urban model,I am using hum model more than two years,very bad service facility and maintenance cost is very as compared a electric cycle, as a example BMS price in online 1500 but the company chartered me 3000 rupees and service charge 295.if any one ask me for feed back.....my rating is zero..........

Chain sprocket issue arises within 15 days of usage. Dont invest money on this cycle. You cant even pedal after if the chain problem happens. Battery also not so good. Mileage is only 30 to 35km per full charge
