In latest patch, France does tend to die more often. In one of my last games, England and Burgundy(remained independent, which was a suprised) split France in half between each other. But what happened to Castille... OOF

Why do people never siphon income from burgundy when they get the horse event.

When you PU Burgundy, they are generally disloyal, and siphoning income mearly increases their liberty desire with no additional gain, disloyal vassal and PU don't give you any money, and after they are inherited via event you will generally not full state the territory unless you're France, England or Austria since that's within the area you're already likely going to conquer whereas other countries either lack GovCap or generally don't care about the Burgundian lands outside of free land.
