Old Harlesden & Willesden - In Colour

I found a website that does an excellent job of colourising old black & white photos, so I thought I'd try it on a few of the old photos of Harlesden & Willesden that were in my previous "Harlesden & Willesden - Then and Now" photos. The Odeon, the clock and the church. Those look familiar to me from my time growing up in Harlesden and Willesden in the 70s and 80s.

Interesting how things are less romantic and more realistic when colour is added. where are all of the 'it was better back then' comments now?
