Kallio was founded in early 1900s as a shipping and factory district and home of working class.
Since then area had been developed in one of the trediest areas in Helsinki. Join my walkaround where I show some interesting place, architecture, bar/massage street and a general vibe in this Helsinki hipster neighborhood!

⁠@@rhettpeter83Hey :) There are plenty of nice spots in Helsinginkatu (street name). For more interesting experience I would try place called Riviera which is cafe/cinema. Also, for local experience would try Cella. At the same time, you can just wonder around and see what catches the eye. Enjoy 😉

@@theruudythanks so much! We wanted to go to riviera but they were booked out. We ended up going to a couple of cocktail bars, one called hogohuone and the other was called struts. Struts was really good! Kallio was a great place to stay.
