Radu Murzea It was in special education in America. If I recall, it was what they did for Language arts for that year. I don't know if normal education taught it either(but assumed they did). We talked about job seeking along with other things like buying major appliances and saving. It was quite a black sheep that semester and it taught us how NOT to act like in the video. Just a note, my special education isn't like the stereotypes in TV/Movies since it was just extra help on some subjects. The kids were mostly just ADD/ADHD being no different from the "normal kids".

Like depending on where you are on the spectrum, a lot of Autistic people don't know how to recognize social cues and their default response is to be 100% honest and don't understand that in job interviews people have to lie. I don't know if this interview in particular is real or not but I feel like with Autistic people this is an all too reality. That's why it is so hard for so many Autistic people to get hired even though they are completely capable of performing above and beyond in these positions.
To everyone who thinks this is fake: this is real. Proof that he is genuinely naive (and not faking it): 1. Frank is genuinely upset that the other guy keeps laughing at him. At 6:23 Frank wonders why he's laughing; then at 11:10 Frank gets increasingly frustrated when it happens again, so he calls it out this time. A troll/actor would not be able to fake such anger/confusion at a consistent interval like this. 2. He's confused by a lot of common questions (such as weakness question; at 3:22 shows he's offended). A troll/actor would know common interview questions in advance, and not be able to fake confusion at this level. 3. At 11:33, He's confused to why the interviewer is ending the discussion early, and asks "why's that". As for why this proves he is genuine, it will make more sense when you read #4. 4. Put it in his point of view. Frank thinks this interview is just an informal survey before he joins the company (like how reporters interview celebrities), so he doesn't feel the need to prove himself. All his answers make sense if he was just answering an informal survey. Thus at 12:09 he asks when he'll start working, only to hear they're still looking at candidates. This is when he finally realizes he is a "candidate" and not a guaranteed employee. Remember that Frank is a recent high school graduate, and some such students were never informed about what an interview was (it's rare but it does happen to some).
