To be fair, Disney Springs isn't the parks. It's a separate shopping area with restaurants and entertainment areas. I'm not sure if this person consumed all the alcohol at the T-Rex or if she got drinks from multiple venues, but it might be difficult for venues to tell if someone was getting drinks from multiple bars and restaurants. It might be easy to tell when she gets to the point of being obviously inebriated, but before that point the bartender at one restaurant likely won't be able to tell how many drinks someone had at another restaurant.

@@SavannahRose0715, as a mom, I completely agree that one should NEVER, not for a nanosecond, take your eyes off your child in public and trafficking is a very real threat. That being said, I do not, for one moment, believe that the Disney Corporation is behind the trafficking of children. Rumors run rampant every day, everywhere; I don’t find this one to have a shred of credibility.
At first, Ticknor was not arrested; he was just trespassed by Disney, which prompted him to leave in an Uber with his father. However, he returned to Disney World property and went to his Resort hotel room at Disney's Coronado Springs, which led to his arrest and a second trespass from Walt Disney World.
He did that to prove to the person he talked to on the phone that he was a police officer because they hung up on him and they didn't believe him so he texted his pic for proof
I'll never understand why people continue to get drunk when all they do is cause a disturbance & get belligerent. It's so unfair to their family/children.
Agreed. And sometimes the child doesn't say anything about it to anyone because it was normal. By the time the kids old enough to realise most people don't live this way, they're old enough to get embarrassed and sometimes they isolate themselves to protect the family secret and protect the parent. It's heartbreaking and sometimes ends in tragedy. I'm glad you survived and wish you well for the future
I felt _so_ awful for him, because you know he sees that all the time at home. And instead of a magical time at Disney, he had to get picked up by the police.
Im glad the security guard pressed charges on Andrew. You could tell the cops were trying to sweep everything he did under the rug. Im sure his parents did the same thing raising him. Bout time that man child faced some consequences for his actions
A full grown man makes fun of a child with down syndrome and then batters the family and the district attorney fails to prosecute? I swear it's outcomes like this that make me even question calling the police in the first place.
@kissmycanvas4572 I would guess it's bc the mom is the one that approached him. He didn't go up to them, based on what I could hear, he was confronted. Was he out of line though? Yes, disgusting behavior.

Cop with Andrew was lazy! His partner even said “my peace is disturbed” indicating they should be arresting Andrew for disturbing the peace but he still let it go and continued to try to reason with a belligerent drunk. Rage inducing!
As a rideshare driver, i would never let Andrew in my car as drunk as he is. He's a liability and I wouldn't risk him getting sick in my car and make a mess.

Bro really thought he was safe with identity fraud in the most monitored place in the country 😅 That cop with Andrew has far more patience than I ever would
The second situation: once they located Lucas, that deputy talking about the mom while the kid was in the back just makes me so mad. At 7 years old he shouldn’t be hearing all that. What his mom did is atrocious but that doesn’t mean he needs to be aware or scared that his mommy is going away. He must’ve been so terrified. Losing his mom and then hearing she may be taken away for even longer. Kid needs a therapist.
Exactly my thought if I was the officer I would have asked him about this trip and maybe got him McDonald’s, by his calm reaction that’s Lucas everyday life😢😢 poor kid
The footage cut from when he retrieved Lucas to when he was on the phone with a relative in the car. I don’t think that conversation took place with the little guy in the backseat. They were pulled up outside of their headquarters and the boy was more than likely inside with other staff at that time to distract him during such a high stress situation. Or at least that’s what I saw and what I hope occurred for the sake of the child. 🤷🏻♀️
I've always seen officers most considerate of children and even making sure they don't witness a parent handcuffed taken to a police car. Of course you also see the screaming banshees resisting arrest with their children there.

Eh the vast majority of people who drink alcohol at these parks never cause any unnecessary drama. Same with people at the airports. It would be unfair to punish everyone for the actions of the small minority.
I fully agree!!! I lived near Disney for a short while, and I used to walk around Downtown Disney/ Disney Springs a lot. I ALWAYS saw people that were blasted. There’s this one bar that is two floors and has an arcade and a bowling alley lol like of all places to have that, why there???
When the guy’s wife asked if the other party was getting arrested I was hoping the officer was gonna be like, ‘for what? He made fun of a disabled woman, pushed and slapped the other adults’ like that man needs to be confronted with his own garbage behavior. I don’t feel that bad for her, she likely saw what he said and was still dumbfounded he was getting arrested after getting physical. She didn’t seem drunk at all, very telling of their character.
Wow! Talk about privilege! Andrew should’ve been locked up within the first 5 minutes of his segment. They should require these drunk individuals to watch these clips at their sentencing.
why, its not like it's going to change how they act
They don't care sigh...
But some have no shame. It wouldn't have the same effect as it would an individual who feels shame or remorse for their actions.
9/10 would post on their Instagram
"Nobody needs to know what's going on between me and my family or me and y'all" what's he hiding???
Many whoopings.
I've evaluated abuse situations and what he's hiding is likely worse
If he 'whoops' the kid at WDW in front of thousands of people, what damage does he do behind closed doors?
lmaooo one time i was walking out of hollywood studios and this lady was absolutely PLASTERED, she was cuffed and slumped against the deputy’s legs 😂 he looked so incredibly over it, it was very entertaining for me
lol, cheers 😅🍾🥂😂
Guess she never had anything horrific happen while drunk or passed out. Then again, drunks usually blame everyone else
Imagine paying $8-10k on a Disney vacation to then go get arrested and throw it all away. Plus the embarrassment of making a scene in such a public place and the life long terrible memory for your kids.
Jeeze is it that much money?
Wtf would pay 8-10k to go to DISNEY?? That's the real crime.. 🙄🙄🙄🙄
@@DMV8662if you have a family of 4, stay on property & get passes for 4 days, plus airfare, food- it’s $8k easy
@@charliedallachie3539for a family for a week- yes
Why would it cost that much? I know plenty of people who have gone that would not/could not have paid that.
Sounds like you got a limo to drive you from California to Florida.

Cops, "no"
Suspect "okay"

Disney needs to figure out how to not overserve people in the parks. I can't believe this mother got so wasted when she had kids with her.
They also need to learn their limits. As a worker I’m sure sometimes these people seem fine until that last drink it’s unfortunate smh
Plus Alcohol and extreme heat don’t mix either 🤦🏻♀️
I have a solution to this drunk at Disney. Stop selling alcohol at a family amusement park.
@@SandyOhNo I agree. Same situation with airports. There are multiple bars within spitting distance of the concourse gates, but the airline employees are in a constant war with the drunks.
41:29 I love how she’s still wearing her Mickey ears talking to the police about how to pick up her husband who just got arrested
That drunk woman is lucky staff found her son. Kids lost on property end up with their feet fastened to the floor of 'It's a Small World'....
Idk what that means but it sounds absolutely terrifying 😅
@@owls381 I was thinking the Same! 😅😂 Feel like that was an “innuendo” comment , and I’m not “In” on it…. 😊💙
The "It's A Small World" ride is famous/infamous for one thing: the "It's A Small World After All" song.
It plays non-stop throughout the ride (in different languages) and it gets a little irritating.
Can't tell, though, if OP is saying that the lost kids are being punished just by having to hear that music until they get un-nailed from the floor, or if it's just that they actually become part of the ride.
Hes implying that they are taking and holding them captive ive heard rumors of this @ disney for years sadly! My anxiety could never let me take my eyes off my child at big parks with lots of people!
It’s criminal behavior 101. Some people can’t learn from their mistakes.
Imagine paying all that money to stay at the resort and you are unfortunate enough to have this guy in the room next to you.
How embarrassing it must be to awaken and told that your husband has to leave the premises 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱
I would have given him his ID and one of his credit cards and sent him on his way. Then I would have enjoyed the rest of my vacation.
and yet she let him back inside. the cops, the wife, his dad are all enablers. he went far too long without cuffs let alone imediate arrest smh
@@alisong2328😂
@@alisong2328I’d do the same thing but I’d probably forget about the ID and the credit card and go back to sleep.
And not only that, that he slapped another woman’s backside 😮
1:00:47 why would they even let this guy leave in an Uber? That is putting a drivers life at risk in my opinion.
just for fun
I liked the cop taking a selfie of himself at 14:55
He did that to prove to the person he talked to on the phone that he was a police officer because they hung up on him and they didn't believe him so he texted his pic for proof
@@DianaB2222 I thought for a second that he took the "disapproving look" selfie on her phone to show his disappointment :')
😂🤣😂
That was hilarious. Rip to her business deal lol
"selfie of himself" is kind of redundant. 🤔🤨
I won't sit by and watch some bully pick on some poor handicapped child
I'll never understand why people continue to get drunk when all they do is cause a disturbance & get belligerent. It's so unfair to their family/children.
That was wild that he was noticed by an investigator at Animal Kingdom, he's a scammer & his scams caught up with his @ss😂😂😂
I love it!😂
They should just make an addition to animal kingdom and dump all the drunks to be spectated upon
Nah they knew since he scanned his ID to enter. Disney is just trying to keep that part under wraps. 😂
I hope Lucas's mom gets the help she needs. I was in his shoes when I was a kid. It's terrifying every day.
I hope Lucas gets the help he needs.
"Man child"??? He's an abusive drunken adult. Why are you glossing it over with some cutesie terminology?
Andrew is to dangerous to be put in an Uber. Poor Uber driver 😢 That should have never been an option.
Seriously. He should have been PC'd
If I was the wife I'd be like 'couldn't you just haul him in to the drunk tank for the night?'
He was with his beleaguered father. I don't know how he got away. Dad was probably overwhelmed.
You have a lot of faith in that Uber being willing to take that drunk anywhere...
Yah, the Uber driver should drop him off somewhere desolate (swamps?) & let him figure out how to get outta there
Dude has so many alias even he forgot who he is “ Who’s you?” 😂🤦🏻♀️🤣
Imagine being 40 years old and being so drunk you leave your 7 year old kid alone but police have to take you to the hospital. Sad!
40? That’s a rough 40.
Wow. I am so glad they found Lukas. That could have ended so different. Why did she still have custody??? She never asked about her son at the hospital??? Yikes
24:07 prime example of what hides in the darkness *ALWAYS* comes to light.
I heard that but sung in Johnny Cash’s voice
I cant handle drunk people 🤦
Cop with Andrew was lazy!
You mean to tell me that parents can’t go without drinking at Disney? 🤯
I don’t even know how it’s like so expensive, we could only afford one drink at Disney when we were there
It's pretty miserable for many adults who've been there many times.
@@valeriemarott1923 they still need to adult up and go one day without alcohol
Evidently they can’t and ruin the entire experience for their children for life. How sad.😔
Quote from the official hype: "Walt Disney World is home to over 150 bars and lounges spread across its four theme parks, two water parks, and dozens of resorts." Disney have created their own disasters out of greed.
You mean to tell me parents can’t go without alcohol for one day at Disney🤯
They should have just arrested Tickner, when he was threatening the police. Take him to jail, get him off of the property, everybody wins! imho
Bro really thought he was safe with identity fraud in the most monitored place in the country 😅
That cop with Andrew has far more patience than I ever would
The second situation: once they located Lucas, that deputy talking about the mom while the kid was in the back just makes me so mad.
I was thinking the same thing. He should have been talking and comforting the kid.

So a guy makes fun of disabled people starts physically fighting their family it is confirmed by independent witnesses and they want the other party arrested?
Because someone hit him back 😊 that's not the way it was supposed to go..... he had a different outcome scheduled in his head
and the request is made while in Mickey Mouse ears
Disney thinks charging more will kept the low class riff raff out, but unfortunately, I think many well off people are more low life than many poor.
No you’re wrong for the most part people who have money tend to be more mature and educated. Humans are going to be humans and you’re always gonna have at least some conflict
Disney is the type of wasteful spending done by poor people, which keeps them poor.
I do get that point and in some cases that is the situation but in most cases it really is that anyone in any class of wealth will lash out or cause a scene because of the world we live in today full of no respect and hatred for one another. And Disney itself is no Different Full of shady managers such as Brian Higashi and Senior Manager Ponseggi Heather. I am glad I do not work there anymore and I will never go back😂😅

Andrew is a real piece of work. I feel sorry for the wife for dealing with Andrew. The Disney police are so patient. I would have been thrown Andrew into jail. He don't deserve to stay in the area.
Unpopular opinion: they shouldn’t sell alcohol at these family friendly parks.
Eh the vast majority of people who drink alcohol at these parks never cause any unnecessary drama. Same with people at the airports. It would be unfair to punish everyone for the actions of the small minority.
or just don’t let alcoholics in
I fully agree!!! I lived near Disney for a short while, and I used to walk around Downtown Disney/ Disney Springs a lot. I ALWAYS saw people that were blasted. There’s this one bar that is two floors and has an arcade and a bowling alley lol like of all places to have that, why there???
I don't drink but even I know that this is NOT the solution. That's why your opinion is unpopular.
Disney is too greedy, they would rather make money.
How did Andrew not go to jail right away??? How disgusting this entitled guy is 🤦♀️
The cops in the case with the disabled child were wrong to assume the guy was the victim before even investigating.
Andrew’s family needs to play this every year at Christmas, poor kids are probably embarrassed
I wish cops wouldn’t tell women NOT to press charges!
Well legally they can’t tell someone to not press charges so if they are doing that they are breaking the law
Sentence structure, A double negative makes a positive. So your sentence reads ‘I wish Cops would tell women not to press charges.’

He made fun of her disabled child.
yes!!!!! that's what i thought too and people in the comments are feeling sorry for her
Wow! Talk about privilege! Andrew should’ve been locked up within the first 5 minutes of his segment. They took him to his room, had a hour talk with the wife while Andrew disturbed the other guests peace…Then they waited for his dad to Uber to him. They waited on a 2nd Uber, put Andrew in the Uber with his dad, Andrew dropped his Dad back off then came RIGHT Back within 5 minutes. The privilege honey, cuz who else gets to do that??
