He went into the vet recently got surgery to remove an eye that was severely infected. He is doing very well post surgery, and really misses Muriel. I started crying when I saw Baby Kitten Muriel's video. My face was filled with tears.This Baby Kitten looked in the Pink of Health. She looked do gorgeous just as a Baby Kitty Doll. I just couldn't believe that she had such medical complications. Poor Baby. I wish that God would have healed Baby Kitten Muriel so that we could exult in her medical recovery. Poor Baby Kitten Muriel must have suffered. Thanks to your ever loving and ever tender care, this darling sweetheart of a Baby Kitten had the experience of a longer life with her human parents. I am so upset but relived to know that this Baby Darling Sweetheart Kitty was surrounded by her loving parents and loving vets. Thank you, Baby Kitten Muriel's human parents for looking after this precious gem from Heaven.

Sorry for your loss. She was a fighter for sure. I volunteer at a cat shelter and we had a sweet girl who passed shortly after her first birthday who also had FIP. She was a special girl. I was so sad when she passed. Her picture is at the shelter now. An artist in m building did a great job. She was my little favorite.
Dear Laura: I'm a cat lover and have fostered a mother and nine of her babies. Before that I had adopted a kitten in the name of Tipsy. My Tipsy left me three years and four months ago. I was so heart broken. I have some very touching visuals of my Tipsy. After my Tipsy I adopted another kitten in the name of Fluffy. She stayed with me for three years and brought me so much joy and happiness. My Darling Fluffy left my house on Jan. 27 2022. On two occasions in 2020 my Fluffy birthed a total of nine healthy and beautiful kittens in my house. I have given them all for adoption. My Fluffy suddenly left the house on Jan 27 of this year, 2022. I have been devastated ever since.

My daughter brought home a tiny kitten and fed her chicken baby food for her whole life. She had FIP and lived over 8 years. She was frisky, caught mice and snakes, loved my daughter and would sneeze with lots of snots all over the place. None of the other cats got the disease which we didn’t even know she had for several years because there was no tests available. She died peacefully in my arms and we all miss her so much! ❤

We rescued a kitty and named him floyd. He was the sweetest Orange boy. Unfortunately he developed FIP and it was before the antiviral treatment was developed. Unfortunately Gilead the company that holds the patent on gs44 1524 has not distributed it despite they're having good laboratory evidence. They did not want it to compete with remdesivir. I have heard you can get it on the black market.

Had a little girl like her come to my house. At first she was good then about two weeks she got the same symptoms. The vet offered to put her to sleep. I opted for her staying with me. She passed away in my lap with two of my cats next to her. She wasn't here long but she was definitely loved.

These memories will guide your way through the darkness in the hardest and darkest days and cold, seemingly endless nights and the ground being swept away from underneath you type devastation by the emotional turnoil of the void your furry family member has left behind in their stead. Muriel was cared for and loved by her owners before her untimely passing and that's more than most animals get nowadays. You are wonderful human beings for seeing another creature and unselfishly gave it love, affection, care,a home, it's needs met and a special part of your hearts forever! Too often you see animals cast aside to die painful or slow deaths because they think that domesticated animals can still be "wild" and fend for themselves. They often die alone and afraid not knowing that simply by being themselves they were cast out to the streets to either die of starvation, disease or a truly vile act of human cruelty but putting these animals out on the streets is a vile act in itself as like majority of creatures, simply wanting to love and be loved and to feel safe and be protected by the ones who swore to do so by buying them or adopting them. I recently lost one of my favorite strays due to a hit and run not too long ago, the utter helplessness and frustration I felt by calling animal control for aid in a semi new area, repeatedly only to ultimately be told they're closed and will have to wait for an officer, who shouldn't be saddled with the responsibility instead. I had to watch him rapidly get worse and eventually he used the last of his energy to crawl out of the bushes to me ( uncoordinated due to brain injury) I held him in my lap and cried. I could see the utter terror in his eyes as he clearly didn't want to go. But told him I knew he was in pain and I loved him so much and how seeing him everyday at feeding time always made my day!( He was a deep Russian blue color, so VERY handsome) and this was a cat I never held, never owned, never pet, just brief glimpses while I put food and water out and his last moments he wanted to spend them with me, so I'm sure even as she was passing you were on her mind. I hope everyone involved finds peace and take pride in what you do, caring for other lives other than your own you should be proud! You made a short life shine brightest!! Sorry for the length, I have lost a quite a few cats either by tragedy or loss by relocation and I remember all of their names and faces and my most recent loss mentioned above, he was named and given a forever home In My backyard and I am currently painting a memorial plaque for his grave marker. He was Chester cheese-it. I wish you all the best and I and pet owners the world over bow our heads in sadness but we are united in our lives by our ever growing hearts and boundless strength to carry on for those who have yet to be blessed by coming into your lives and you will forever be changed for Muriel having been in yours!!💯💔😭❤️❤️❤️❤️

I am so sorry for your loss. I have been taking care of feral kittens for a number of years. It is something that I have done for a number of years. Five years ago I took in a 2 week old kitten, whose mother had abandoned him. We bottle fed Mikey and 5 years later he is my best friend. In April we adopted Molly, who was about 6 months old, at the time. My wife was apprehensive about taking in another kitten, but Molly just loves her. The relationship between Mikey and Molly gets better every day. We are truly BLESSED with these two. I have two more kittens living in the Florida room and I love taking care of them.
She was lucky that she had good carers who made her life better. The cats are angels. I love them and I enjoy playing with them and giving them love. Muriel will never be forgotten ❤️

I am so sorry for your loss. I have been taking care of feral kittens for a number of years. It is something that I have done for a number of years. Five years ago I took in a 2 week old kitten, whose mother had abandoned him. We bottle fed Mikey and 5 years later he is my best friend. In April we adopted Molly, who was about 6 months old, at the time. My wife was apprehensive about taking in another kitten, but Molly just loves her. The relationship between Mikey and Molly gets better every day. We are truly BLESSED with these two. I have two more kittens living in the Florida room and I love taking care of them.
She was lucky that she had good carers who made her life better. The cats are angels. I love them and I enjoy playing with them and giving them love. Muriel will never be forgotten ❤️
